Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteTerraMap may show parts of a Calamity world, but full Calamity support is not documented. It is a Terraria world-file viewer whose published features focus on vanilla map data; player reports suggest some vanilla geography can appear while Calamity blocks or structures are missing. Treat it as a partial viewer, not a guaranteed mod-aware map.
What TerraMap supports
TerraMap’s official pages describe loading Terraria .wld files and viewing features such as blocks, chests, vanilla biomes, and locations. The documentation does not promise that TerraMap interprets Calamity’s modded tiles or world data. TerraMap Web is described as a cross-platform viewer for Terraria v1.4.5; it runs in the browser and says worlds are processed client-side rather than uploaded. TerraMap Native is the project’s supported native option and also documents loading .wld files.

Community reports describe partial usefulness: some vanilla-layer geography may show even when modded blocks do not. Those reports are individual experiences, not an official compatibility guarantee, and behavior may depend on the versions and setup involved. TerraMap community reports
How to try it on a Calamity world
- Use TerraMap Web or TerraMap Native, and open the tModLoader world’s
.wldfile through the viewer’s world-file workflow. - Check whether familiar vanilla terrain and features appear. If the map opens but Calamity blocks or structures are absent, the viewer may be displaying only the vanilla layer; this is consistent with player reports but is not confirmed for every version.
- Keep an unchanged copy of the original world while troubleshooting. TerraMap describes itself as read-only, but that does not establish support for modded data.
A separate issue is whether the expected content exists in the world at all. One player attributed a missing Sunken Sea to having generated the world before enabling Calamity. That is a single anecdote, not a general diagnosis or guaranteed fix. If the content is missing in-game too, check the world’s generation history and ask in official support channels.

Which TerraMap version should you use?
Avoid the older TerraMap Windows build: it is no longer supported and will not open worlds from Terraria v1.4.5.7 or later. The project recommends TerraMap Native as its supported native option. TerraMap releases
