Yes. In the Calamity Mod fight, Yharon enrages when you leave the arena marked by the flame pillars. Outside those boundaries, he moves much faster and deals five times his normal damage, according to the Official Calamity Mod Wiki. Stay inside the pillars rather than trying to escape.
What triggers Yharon’s enrage?
The trigger is crossing outside the flame-pillar arena boundaries—not simply leaving the Jungle. The pillars appear to the left and right of the player when the encounter begins. The wiki says the arena’s position is determined by where you stand when you use the Blessed Phoenix Egg, so plan your arena around that summoning point.

The wiki reports that the pillars are spaced 218.75 blocks to either side in standard mode and 187.5 blocks to either side in Revengeance Mode, measured from the pillars’ centers. Those figures do not mean the boundaries are necessarily centered on your current position. The available description does not establish a universal width or height threshold for every difficulty and mod version, so check the behavior in your installed version if exact dimensions matter.
What happens when he enrages?
Outside the arena, Yharon’s speed increases greatly and his damage is multiplied by five, according to the wiki. The official strategy guide gives the same practical warning: “Do not even bother trying to escape the arena, as Yharon will enrage, massively increasing his speed and quintupling his damage.” Official Calamity Mod Wiki: Yharon strategies

Is the Jungle biome the enrage condition?
No—the documented fight trigger is leaving the flame-pillar boundaries. Jungle references can cause confusion because biome requirements are associated with summoning in some documentation; they are not the useful test for whether Yharon enrages during the fight.
Does an enraged Yharon despawn?
The wiki reports that an enraged Yharon who is off-screen during phase two despawns in exactly 2.5 seconds. Treat that as a version-dependent edge-case detail: the wiki does not give a complete version-by-version behavior matrix, so confirm it in your installed mod version if this timing matters.
