Dr Disrespect’s “big streaming announcement” was a September 5, 2024 teaser that ended with the word “Tomorrow.” India Today Gaming interpreted it as a return to streaming the next day, but the reported video did not name a platform. Rumble’s later announcement that he would stream there was a separate development, made in November 2024.
What did Dr Disrespect announce?
On September 5, 2024, Guy Beahm, known as Dr Disrespect, posted a 2.5-minute video on X. As described by India Today Gaming, it showed him arriving by speedboat at a mansion featuring a golden statue of himself, then ended with the word “Tomorrow.” The outlet read the teaser as an announcement of a streaming comeback for September 6; the video’s reported contents did not specify where he would stream.
Why was the teaser amid allegations?
The teaser came after reports in June 2024 about the reason for Beahm’s 2020 Twitch ban. The Washington Post reported on June 25 that Beahm acknowledged exchanging messages with a minor in 2017. He characterized the conversations as “casual, mutual conversations that sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate.” He also denied criminal conduct, saying, “Nothing illegal happened, no pictures were shared, no crimes were committed, I never even met the individual.” Those are Beahm’s statements, not a court finding.
In the same statement, Beahm accepted moral responsibility for engaging in the conversations, writing: “I should have never entertained these conversations to begin with. That’s on me. That’s on me as an adult, a husband and a father.” The reported allegations and his account should be kept distinct: his acknowledgment and denial do not establish the full underlying facts.

What happened with Midnight Society?
In June 2024, game studio Midnight Society said it had initially assumed Beahm’s innocence, then spoke with parties involved before ending its relationship with him. Game Informer reproduced the studio’s statement: “For this reason, we are terminating our relationship with Guy Beahm immediately.” This was the studio’s stated business decision, not a criminal adjudication.
Was Rumble the platform in the teaser?
No platform was identified in the September teaser as reported by India Today Gaming. Rumble entered the story later: on November 25, 2024, the company announced that Beahm would stream on Rumble, make exclusive content for Rumble Premium subscribers, and advise and lead Rumble Gaming. The announcement said his first Rumble stream was planned for December 2, 2024. Rumble Chairman and CEO Chris Pavlovski said, “Dr Disrespect will give a much-needed injection into our gaming category.”

That November announcement described both streaming on the platform and subscriber-only content; it should not be retroactively treated as the destination of the September teaser. Any launch discount mentioned in the 2024 announcement was tied to that launch and is not evidence of a current offer.

The available reporting establishes a dated sequence, not a verified schedule or exact platform activity on October 3, 2026. PC Gamer reported on February 25, 2026 that Beahm streamed on YouTube and Rumble. The same report said Bungie’s Marathon developer account replied “He’s not partnered” after Beahm used a partnership hashtag; his own promotional posts should not be taken as proof of an official game partnership.
