The route is sequential: place three transmitters, using a neighboring tower to reach the sealed second relay, then take the zipline to the timed finale and use Survivor Sense to find the explosives.
Quest route at a glance
- Climb the first marked relay tower and install its transmitter.
- Take a radio from one of the Baron’s soldiers and bring it back to Selby.
- Clear the marked military convoy and retrieve its transmitter.
- Reach the sealed relay by climbing the neighboring tower and riding the transmission cable to it.
- Climb Belfry Tower and install the final transmitter.
- Zipline toward Town Hall, reach the bomb marker, and defuse the explosives before time runs out.
How do I install the first transmitter?
Follow the quest marker to the first radio relay and climb the tower. The route goes outside, then inside, then back outside to reach the top. Install the transmitter at the marked point to advance the quest.
How do I get a radio from the Baron’s men?
At the delivery truck, take out the sniper first so he cannot keep shooting while you deal with the other soldiers. Loot a body for the radio, then return it to Selby.
How do I retrieve the convoy transmitter?
Follow the new map marker to the military convoy. Clear the infected and the Brute, then search the armored vehicle for the transmitter. A military-uniform infected may have a keycard needed to open an armored vehicle if you have not already unlocked convoys. Clear the area before trying the vehicles.

How do I reach the second radio relay?
The marked relay may be sealed, so do not keep searching for a direct entrance. Climb the nearby accessible tower instead. Use the grappling hook to swing from the tree branch to the tower, climb to its upper levels, and ride the transmission cable as a zipline to the relay. Install the transmitter there.
How do I climb Belfry Tower?
Follow the marker to Belfry Tower and deal with nearby infected before beginning the climb. The route is a sequence of traversal moves rather than a straight climb:

- Enter through the main entrance and climb onto the ticket booth.
- Take the path on the right, using the swing bars and ledges.
- Continue over the scaffolding and across the balcony.
- Wall-run and swing across to the interior, then make your way to the next balcony.
- Climb the pillar to the top and install the transmitter at the box.
How do I defuse the explosives beneath Town Hall?
Once the final transmitter is installed, the Baron’s plan is intercepted and the bombing objective begins. Take the zipline toward Town Hall and head straight for the marker. The final objective is timed, so avoid detours and do not wait to eliminate every hidden enemy. Prioritize enemies who can interrupt the defuse; bringing guns is recommended in the walkthrough.
At the bomb site, use Survivor Sense to highlight the explosives. The walkthrough describes two stages of explosives, including a final pair on pillars in the middle room. Follow the active quest prompts if the markers are unclear. If you leave the mission area, one guide says you respawn at Belfry Tower without resetting the timer, so returning is not a safe way to pause the countdown.

- - You are Kyle Crane, and after years of brutal experiments, you want revenge.
- - Experience a unique blend of open world and survival horror as you hunt down the man who transformed you into half man, half beast.
How much time do you get, and what are the rewards?
Published walkthroughs differ slightly on the finale timer: one gives 3 minutes 25 seconds and another says 3:30. Treat it as roughly a three-and-a-half-minute sprint rather than relying on an exact figure; the displayed timer in your current game build is the one to follow.
A walkthrough lists the quest reward as 10,000 XP and 750 Old World Currency, plus a Co-op Loot Box in co-op mode. These are guide-reported rewards, not figures confirmed by an official quest listing.
