Audrey, Fenriru and Hela are among the safest high-priority cases in Echocalypse: Scarlet Covenant, but no tier list is permanent: rankings shift with game updates, team synergy and the content you play. This October 2026 snapshot compares published rankings and highlights what each standout case brings, without pretending there is an objective, measured win-rate behind the tiers.
How to read this Echocalypse tier list
Case rankings are editorial judgments, not a performance leaderboard. There is no established public win-rate or pick-rate dataset to verify one case as universally strongest. PocketGamer’s stated approach treats rarity as a core factor, gives the greatest weight to a case’s skillset, and considers versatility: a powerful case that fits several team compositions is more valuable than one that only works in a narrow setup.
The lists below are partial snapshots of published rankings current around early autumn 2026, not a complete roster audit. Updates can change the relative value of cases, and sources disagree on some placements. Check the game’s current version and the live tier list before spending pulls or resources.
S tier: strongest cases to prioritize
These cases appear among the top-ranked choices in recent lists. Their roles matter as much as their tier: a support or tank can improve a team more than adding another damage dealer.
#1 Best Overall
Audrey — support
Audrey is the clearest consensus pick. She is an SSR support whose passive raises the ATK of all allies on the board, and she lands in S tier on nearly every list. That team-wide boost makes her a broadly useful priority rather than a case tied to one narrow damage setup.
Fenriru — free AoE damage
Fenriru is a free SSR awarded after day seven, and recent rankings regard her as one of the best area-of-effect damage dealers, with one of the highest multipliers. She is a notable free option for players building around damage across multiple enemies.
Hela — AoE burst
Hela is a recurring S-tier case in newer lists, valued for AoE burst damage. She is one to consider when a team needs to hit multiple enemies hard rather than focus solely on one target.
Rank #2
- FAMILY GAME NIGHT JUST GOT CRAPTACULAR - Kids, teens, parents and grandparents at one table for a funny family card game of poo puns and ridiculous characters: Turdle, Velocicraptor and Constipation Fairy. Made for families who love potty humor!
- 5 MINUTES TO LEARN, 15-30 TO PLAY - Ages 8+, 2 to 4 players. Easy to learn! Strategic enough to play again and again. Poop, there it is!
- BUILD YOUR POO PYRAMID - Lay down 3 Poo Peasants, 2 Fecal Fighters, and top it with 1 Crap King. The first player to finish their Poo Pyramid wins and becomes the Poo King! Pass the Poo token to keep track of whose turn it is.
- BUILD YOURS. DESTROY THEIRS. - Swirly cards let you skip a turn, reverse play, steal a card or make someone dump their whole hand. It’s an epic battle of defecation domination!
- A CRAPPY GIFT. IN A GOOD WAY - Compact box that fits in a stocking, backpack, or a carry-on to bring to family gatherings or pack for a road trip. Perfect for birthdays, Christmas, and white elephant gift exchanges.
Pan Pan — tank and support
Pan Pan brings defensive utility: shielding, blocking debuffs and reducing enemy ATK. Those tools can help a team survive and blunt opposing pressure, making her a different kind of S-tier value from a pure damage dealer.

Lilith and Cera appear in S tier on newer rankings, including Clashiverse’s September 2026 list. Their exact standing is less consistent across the sources summarized here than Audrey’s, so treat their placement as a strong recommendation from some lists rather than universal consensus.
Other S-tier names in PocketGamer’s snapshot
PocketGamer’s partial S-tier list also includes Sphinx, Sana, Scarlett, Elisa, Knox, Aiken and Kyubey. An earlier retrieved summary of the same list additionally included Draconian Raeon, Ziz, Eton, Coretta, Tomie, Damonica, Prinny, Mira, Osiris, Lyra, Vedfolnir, Firentia, Mordred, Eris Pendulum, Horus and Akira. These names are not a guarantee of equal performance or fit for every team.
Rank #3
- Epic is a fantasy card gam which aims to recreate the TCG-style experience from a single box, with no additional purchases required
- Epic is a card game designed to start quickly but also to reward deep, strategic plays.
- In Epic, you take on the role of an elder god, in conflict with other elder gods.
- The cards in your deck are your champions, who fight for you, and events, which represent your will imposed on the mortal realm.
- The turn sequence is easy but there are many options to choose from
A tier: strong cases with useful roles
Vivi — AoE controller
Vivi is the A-tier case to know for control. She continually debuffs enemy rage, which makes her a top pick for Cage Fights. Her ally-immunity buffs also help in Abyss and the main story, giving her utility beyond PvP.
Zawa — damage that scales with buffs
Zawa is a strong damage dealer in teams that can stack buffs. PocketGamer describes her passive as adding 10% damage for each buff she has over the enemy. That conditional advantage makes her more appealing when the team can reliably build and maintain a buff edge.
Other A-tier cases in PocketGamer’s snapshot
The partial list includes Rixia Mao, Roxy, Natalia, Lydia, Lorine, Yulia, Nephthys, Chiraha and Albedo. As with any tier placement, their practical value depends on team composition and the mode you are playing.
B tier: useful options with more specific trade-offs
Bastet — AoE with late-game damage limits
Bastet is described as balanced, with a strong AoE on her second active. Her lower damage multipliers can limit her late-game output, so the strength of that ability does not necessarily translate into top-tier damage over time.
Shiyu — AoE magic damage
Shiyu is a strong AoE magic damage dealer who damages enemies hit by her projectile. She can be useful when that attack pattern suits the team, though PocketGamer’s partial ranking places her in B tier.
Other B-tier cases in PocketGamer’s snapshot
The partial list includes Elie MacDowell, Garula, Wadjet, Kimono, Regina, Raeon, Stara, Gryph, Kiki, Taweret, Anubis, Nyla and Shiyu, as well as Bastet and Dorothy. A B-tier label is not a claim that a case cannot work; it signals a lower general ranking in this particular snapshot.

Where published tier lists disagree
Cross-checking lists matters because a case’s rank is not settled fact. For example, Clashiverse places Gryph in S tier, while PocketGamer places Gryph in B tier. Clashiverse’s September 2026 S-tier group also includes Hela, Audrey, Pan Pan, Lilith and Cera; its A-tier group includes Vivi, Yulia, Brown, Set and Guinevere.
Driffle’s October 2026 S-tier list broadly resembles PocketGamer’s but also includes Ares, Apollo, Athena, Hades, Poseidon and Venus. Driffle has a commercial interest in selling game credits and keys, so its rankings are best read alongside other sources. Its A-tier list includes Rixia Mao, Roxy, Natalia, Lydia, Lorine, Vivi, Yulia, Brown, Set, Hathor, Guinevere, Nue, Beam, Nephthys, Taisei, Main Character, Deena and Levia.
Older lists can be especially misleading. GameSkinny’s roughly 1,000-day-old list placed Kiki and Levia in S tier, while newer lists put Levia in A tier and Kiki in B tier. Names also vary across less consistent lists: Bound by Flame names Hina, Lynn and Ymir, and PropelRC mentions a “Zoya” UR case that does not match the other sources summarized here. Those rankings should not be treated as interchangeable with the newer snapshots.
Choosing who to pull or build
Use tiers as a shortlist, then choose based on the job your roster still needs. A high-ranked damage dealer will not automatically improve a team that lacks support, control or survivability.

Sources and scope
The rankings and case-specific descriptions here draw on the partial summaries of PocketGamer’s Echocalypse tier list, Driffle’s October 2026 list, and Clashiverse’s September 2026 list. The PocketGamer page’s version and update date could not be established consistently from the available summaries, so no exact version number or update date is assigned to its snapshot. Tier placements remain publisher opinions; no independent case win-rate or pick-rate dataset is established.
