For Skier’s Chemical – Part 1, search the train car near the seventh warehouse on Customs for Secure Folder 0013, then extract alive. Hand Skier the folder and a Dorm room 220 key. The folder must be found in raid; the key is a separate hand-in and is not established as a door you need to open for this task.
What you need to complete Chemical – Part 1
Skier gives this Customs task. Its objectives concern information about the deputy chief’s past life and sleeping place, but the practical requirements are two hand-ins:
- Secure Folder 0013: the information item, which the quest listing marks as found in raid.
- Dorm room 220 key: the investigation item. The quest listing does not mark the key as found in raid.
These are separate items with different requirements. A folder bought from another player does not meet the listing’s found-in-raid condition.
Where Secure Folder 0013 spawns on Customs
Search the train car near the seventh warehouse. The folder can appear at several possible points in the car, so check the area rather than relying on a single fixed location. How to finish the quest
- Get a Dorm room 220 key. The walkthrough recommends obtaining it through the in-game flea market before the Customs raid. It is a quest hand-in.
- Enter Customs and search the train car near the seventh warehouse. Check the possible folder spawn points until you find Secure Folder 0013.
- Pick up the folder and extract alive. The walkthrough specifies a successful extraction before turning in the item.
- Hand both items to Skier. Submit the found-in-raid Secure Folder 0013 and the Dorm room 220 key to complete the requested hand-ins.
Do you have to enter Dorm room 220?
The quest listing and walkthrough describe the key as an item to hand over. They do not say that you must use it to unlock Dorm room 220 for Chemical – Part 1. Do not confuse the key’s role as a hand-in with a requirement to visit the room.
