The release-day rewards announced for Escape from Tarkov were tied to the November 15, 2025 launch deadline, so that promotion is over. Existing owners were included automatically, while qualifying purchases made on the official website by the deadline were eligible. Separately, current edition benefits include raid XP bonuses ranging from 7% to 20% and other digital perks.
What were the 2025 release rewards?
Battlestate Games said existing owners would receive the release rewards automatically, and that purchases on its official website by November 15, 2025, inclusive, would qualify. The announcement also said Steam players would receive release bonuses upon launch and directed purchasers to create an account in the Battlestate Games Account Center. The deadline-based offer is historical; a purchase now does not qualify for it. Insider Gaming reported the itemized reward list and quoted studio head Nikita Buyanov’s statement.

How The Unheard group bonus works
The Unheard’s 20% group XP bonus does not stack with other bonuses or with itself. If a group includes a Prepare for Escape owner and a player with The Unheard, the applicable group bonus is 20% per player—not 20% plus another bonus. Having multiple Unheard owners in the same group does not increase it beyond 20%.
What is included in The Unheard Steam Edition?
Steam lists The Unheard Steam Edition as a digital expansion released May 20, 2026. Its listing includes a digital copy of Escape from Tarkov: Arena – Ryzhy Edition, a Gamma secure container, expanded stash and PMC pockets, an initial trader loyalty bonus, a unique melee weapon, a menu background, apparel and other in-game items, plus exclusive gear, skills and bonuses. It also lists the 20% group XP bonus. Check the Steam listing for current edition details.
