The Eternal Wakestone revives multiple nearby dead NPCs in one activation, but it is consumed when used. It is not an unlimited-use item. You can obtain it from a large chest behind the Sphinx after defeating her and receiving the Key of Sagacity.
What does the Eternal Wakestone do?
It brings multiple dead NPCs back to life around the point where you activate it. That makes it especially useful when several people have died in the same area, such as after a town disaster attributed to Dragonsplague. The available descriptions say “nearby” or refer to the surrounding area; they do not establish a reliable numeric radius.
Despite its name, the Eternal Wakestone is single-use. It disappears after activation, so save it for a situation where reviving several NPCs at once is valuable.
Eternal Wakestone vs. regular Wakestone
| Item | Effect | Use limit | How to obtain |
|---|---|---|---|

| Eternal Wakestone | Revives multiple nearby NPCs in one activation. | Single-use; consumed on use. | Found in a large chest behind the Sphinx, according to Game8’s guide. |

When should you use it?
Its advantage over an ordinary Wakestone is the ability to revive multiple nearby NPCs at once. Use it when several deaths in one area make that broader effect worthwhile, rather than spending it to revive a single person. The sources reviewed do not establish universal NPC eligibility or confirm whether every NPC already transferred to a morgue can be revived, so do not rely on those edge cases without checking in-game.
