For the crafting reagent Etherbloom, head to Smuggler’s Bay Dungeon for a large supply: it grows in the area at the dungeon’s end. A separate pickup is on a table beside an alchemy station in the western hallway room on the top floor of Gates of Knowledge. These are the locations listed for the reagent in Acts 1 and 2.
Where to find Etherbloom
Smuggler’s Bay Dungeon: large supply
Go to the growing area at the end of Smuggler’s Bay Dungeon. The Tainted Grail Wiki’s Etherbloom item page describes this as a place to find large quantities of the crafting reagent.

Gates of Knowledge: individual pickup
Look on the table beside an alchemy station in the room off the western hallway on the top floor of Gates of Knowledge. The item page lists this as another Etherbloom location.
Do not confuse Etherbloom with similarly named Act 3 content
Missing Etherbloom is a separate item
The Act 3 item named Missing Etherbloom is in the gatehouse at Forlorn Swords Northern Gate, on a shelf east of the central table, according to its Tainted Grail Wiki page. This is a separate item from the crafting reagent’s listed locations.

PC Gamer’s March 2026 report on update 1.20 describes an Act 3 cave called Etherbloom Love. The report does not identify the cave as a place to collect the Etherbloom crafting reagent.
