Here are the main Team of the Year (TOTY) starting XIs recorded for FIFA 11 through FIFA 23 and EA SPORTS FC 24–25, with the named 12th player listed separately where one is recorded. This is a history of those XIs—not a complete inventory of every TOTY-branded item, nominee, Honourable Mention or Icon.
The historical roster account used for the lineups begins with FIFA 11. Although Ultimate Team dates to FIFA 09, the available account does not establish FIFA 09 or FIFA 10 TOTY squads, so those editions are left unresolved rather than treated as having had no TOTY.

What is established about FC 26 TOTY
In its January 2026 announcement, EA described FC 26 TOTY as recognizing players who defined 2025, with men’s and women’s Final XIs, captains, 12th players, Honourable Mentions and TOTY Icons. EA said the content would be available in FC 26 on console and PC, the Companion App and FC Mobile. The announced schedule was attackers on January 16–18, midfielders on January 18–20, defenders and goalkeeper on January 20–22, and the full XI on January 22–30, 2026; those dates describe that campaign, not a standing annual schedule.
The accessible results list identifies the men’s 12th player as Raphinha. Its men’s XI is Gianluigi Donnarumma; Nuno Mendes, Virgil van Dijk, William Saliba and Jules Kounde; Declan Rice, Vitinha and Pedri; Ousmane Dembele, Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe. The accessible EA results text does not provide the complete women’s XI or its final 12th player, so those names are not supplied here.
