Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4’s Absolute Doom Battle Pass included Gwenpool, War Machine, and Shuri as Outfits. It was a time-limited 2024 pass, and progression ended November 2, 2024, at 2 AM ET; it is no longer available to progress.
Which Marvel characters were in the Absolute Doom Battle Pass?
Epic Games’ August 16, 2024 announcement listed these seven regular Battle Pass Outfits:
- Gwenpool
- War Machine
- Peelverine
- Emma Frost
- Captain Jones
- Mysterio
- Shuri
Doctor Doom was also part of the season’s rewards, but Epic said his Outfit would become available through Battle Pass Quests in September rather than listing him among the seven regular Outfits.
How much did the pass cost, and how did players unlock rewards?
The pass cost 950 V-Bucks. Epic said players could earn up to 1,500 V-Bucks back by leveling it up. That was the stated maximum return, not a guaranteed reward simply for purchasing the pass.

The crossover also brought character-themed equipment: Gwenpool’s Dual Micro SMGs and War Machine’s Arsenal, Shoulder Auto Turret, and Hover Jets.
