Which loot returned, and what was vaulted?
Epic’s announcement separates items unvaulted for the season from the items it said were vaulted. It also distinguishes launch availability from content planned for later.

How closely did OG Season 7 match the original?
Epic framed the season as a return to Chapter 1 Season 7. Its announcement supports the specific map, loot, vehicle, and movement changes listed above, but the word “OG” alone does not establish that every detail matched the 2018 season exactly.
Epic’s official description was: “OG takes it back to Chapter 1 Season 7!” It also described the Stormwing this way: “The X-4 Stormwing comes equipped with a mounted machine gun, built for intense dogfights but also for pressuring ground targets from above.” Both statements are from Epic Games’ Fortnite Communities post, “OG Season 7 Is Here, Snow Place Like Home.”
