Yes—the Fortnite x Cyberpunk 2077 crossover is confirmed. Epic says buying Cyberpunk 2077 or Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on the Epic Games Store unlocks the Adam Smasher Outfit and Shoulder Cannon Backbling in Fortnite. The items became available on May 14, 2026, at 8 PM ET.
What is included in the Fortnite crossover?
The promotion’s two cosmetics are the Adam Smasher Outfit and Adam Smasher’s Shoulder Cannon Backbling. Epic describes both as Fortnite in-game cosmetics.
How to get the Adam Smasher Outfit and Backbling
Buy Cyberpunk 2077 on the Epic Games Store
Epic Games Store purchases of either Cyberpunk 2077 or Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition qualify, regardless of when the game was purchased. Epic says this offer continues while Cyberpunk 2077 remains for sale on its store. The eligibility information names the Epic Games Store; it does not confirm purchases from Amazon or other retailers.
- Buy either qualifying edition on the Epic Games Store, or use a qualifying purchase you already made there.
- Make sure the Epic account associated with the game purchase is the account you use for Fortnite.
- Launch Fortnite using that Epic account. Epic says linked console accounts can also access the items when connected to the Epic account.
Epic Support also addresses gifting, but the available promotion details do not establish additional steps or conditions for a gifted copy. See Epic’s support article for its purchase eligibility information.

Buy the Outfit in the Fortnite Shop
Epic says the Adam Smasher Outfit is also offered separately in the Fortnite Shop from May 14, 2026, at 8 PM ET. The promotion information does not establish the shop’s current rotation or price. Check the live in-game shop for availability and cost; this route is described for the Outfit, while the Epic Games Store game-purchase reward includes both the Outfit and Backbling.
What if you already own the Outfit?
If you already own the Adam Smasher Outfit and later make a qualifying Epic Games Store purchase, Epic says you receive a one-time grant of 1,500 V-Bucks instead of the Outfit and Backbling. If you refund the qualifying game purchase, Epic says it removes the cosmetics and any V-Bucks grant associated with it.
