What it is

Aqua Panic! is a casual puzzle game from Eko Software in which players guide fish and other sea creatures to safety after a tropical cyclone scatters them from the water. Its levels call for using the environment and tools to avoid predators and obstacles: missiles can clear parts of the background, plants can corral fish, harpoons can remove dangerous enemies, and ice can freeze water to open routes. The game offers more than 60 levels and three modes. Adventure mode follows the fish toward the ocean and includes coins to collect; Free mode lets players replay levels and buy equipment with those coins; Survival mode challenges players to lose as few fish as possible while completing as many levels as they can. The Steam version supports single-player, achievements, full controller support, Steam Cloud, leaderboards, and Family Sharing. It is listed for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with other listed platforms including Wii, PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation Portable.

Who it suits

It suits players after a single-player puzzle game focused on routing creatures around hazards. The three modes offer a campaign-like progression, level replay, and a survival challenge.

Aqua Panic! combines hazard avoidance with tools that change the level environment. Its multiple modes give players different ways to guide the sea creatures, collect coins, and manage losses.
