What it is
Final Fantasy XVI is an action role-playing game from Square Enix set in a dark fantasy world shaped by Eikons and the Dominants who wield them. Its story follows Clive Rosfield, a warrior sworn to protect his younger brother Joshua, the dominant of the Phoenix. After tragedy strikes, Clive seeks revenge on Ifrit, a mysterious Dark Eikon associated with calamity. Clashes between Dominants lead to battles involving their Eikons.
