What it is

Free Running is a 2007 sports game by Rebellion Developments about parkour and urban movement. You join athletes called Tracers, race other free runners, and work toward becoming the greatest Tracer. The game offers more than 60 challenges across 10 levels and three zones, plus over 50 moves, tricks, and stunts such as Kong Vaults, Pharaoh Climbs, Rail Split-Vaults, and Vertical Wall Runs. Nine challenge modes include Race, Trick, and Target Collect. Progress can unlock characters, clothing, tricks, and music, while free-roaming play lets you move through environments more openly. Steam lists single-player, multiplayer, Partial Controller Support, and Family Sharing. Internet multiplayer is no longer supported because the official servers are offline, but LAN play remains available. The listed platforms are Microsoft Windows, Wii, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation Portable; Steam supports Windows. Rebellion published the game, whose Steam genres are Action and Sports.
