What it is
Infinifactory is a 3D sandbox puzzle game from Zachtronics. You design and run factories that assemble products, using movable blocks in a first-person environment. Its story-driven campaign spans more than 50 puzzles and includes audio logs, with alien locations along the way. After completing campaign puzzles, you can build and experiment in the sandbox, or create, share, and play custom puzzles through Steam Workshop. The game also lets you compare solutions using histograms and Steam leaderboards, giving you ways to refine factory designs and see how they measure up against friends’ results. It is a single-player game with an included level editor, Steam achievements and trading cards, captions, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing. Infinifactory was released in 2015 and is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
