What it is

Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World?! is a driving game with platforming elements from Strange Scaffold. Its story follows Carissa Ward, whose consciousness is transported to a fantasy world after a truck collision. Pressed into service by an anime elf, she uses a magic delivery truck to complete objectives across two worlds and power a Galactic Gate with stars. The campaign takes place in the small town of Wenvale, USA, where you can make deliveries, dodge cops and smash through objects. Running over pedestrians turns them into monsters for Carissa to fight and earn stars and XP. The journey leads toward the Skeleton King and a Scroll of Resurrection that could help Carissa get home. The game features a ska-inspired soundtrack by David Mason. It is single-player, with achievements, full controller support, adjustable text size and keyboard-only play among its listed features. It is available for Windows and Xbox Series X and Series S.
