A good deal is more than a large percentage off. Compare the exact upholstery and color, normal street price, fit, lumbar system, armrests, warranty, delivery and return cost before ordering.

Retailer, currency and date matter. PC Gamer also recorded the TC100 at $229.99 from Corsair, $269.99 at B&H and $251.99 on Amazon in separate checks; those were not simultaneous universal prices. Best budget deal: Corsair TC100 Relaxed
The TC100 Relaxed was the clearest 2025 value candidate. Its $160 promotion put a recognizable-brand chair well below the usual $200-plus prices reported for the model. Corsair’s brochure describes fabric upholstery, adjustable lumbar and memory-foam neck pillows, 2D armrests, a class-4 gas lift and 65 mm dual-wheel casters.

The brochure lists an approximately 375 mm seat width, a 264 lb (120 kg) user limit, 100 mm of seat-height adjustment, a two-year warranty and an approximate product weight of 18.3 kg. Its recline figures conflict—one section says 90–160 degrees and another 90–150—so check the exact regional SKU rather than relying on either number. The manufacturer brochure contains the specifications.
Choose it if you want a relatively relaxed racing shape, fabric for a warm room and basic adjustment at a low sale price. Avoid assuming “relaxed” means suitable for every larger body: compare usable seat width and depth, and check whether the bolsters interfere with cross-legged sitting. A pillow-based lumbar system can work well, but it may shift and is less tunable than an integrated mechanism.
Best lower-cost Razer option: Iskur V2 X
Razer positioned the Iskur V2 X below its flagship chairs. The official product description highlights built-in lumbar support, a widened seat base and high-density foam. PC Gamer’s 2025 deal coverage called it budget-friendly but noted that it was not massively adjustable and did not include a head pillow; confirm those details for the exact regional SKU and finish.

Premium choices: when spending more makes sense
The Corsair TC500/TC500 Luxe and Razer Iskur V2 are only worthwhile when the extra money buys a feature you will use. Look for a genuinely wider or better-fitting seat, a more adjustable lumbar system, sturdier armrests, better upholstery or a stronger warranty—not simply a larger advertised percentage.
Razer’s Dark Gray Fabric Iskur V2 was later shown at $399.99 versus a listed $649.99, approximately 38% off. That is a useful example of why “from” pricing should be checked against the model’s normal street price and competing chairs. Exact color, material and clearance status can change the comparison.
Razer’s Iskur V2 NewGen launched on February 13, 2026 at $649.99. It was not a 2025 deal and should not be counted in a historical 2025 list. It is relevant only as a dated postscript for readers shopping after 2025.

How to tell whether a chair deal is real
- Record the exact variant. Black leatherette, gray fabric and a Luxe model are different products for price-comparison purposes.
- Compare normal selling prices. A listed original price is not proof that the chair regularly sold for that amount.
- Check the retailer and timestamp. Note the country, currency, date, shipping charge and whether a coupon is required.
- Confirm condition. New, refurbished, open-box and clearance chairs can have different warranties and return windows.
- Read the return policy. A defect warranty usually does not cover dissatisfaction with comfort. Large-chair return shipping can erase a discount.
- Check stock language. Limited availability and while-supplies-last terms are common, especially for promotional colors.

Fit checklist before ordering
- Measure your height and weight against the manufacturer’s chart.
- Compare usable seat width and depth, not just the chair’s total width.
- Check whether side bolsters restrict your preferred sitting position.
- Identify armrest movement: height-only (1D), 2D, 3D or 4D.
- Find out whether lumbar support is a loose pillow, fixed cushion or adjustable mechanism.
- Check recline range, minimum seat height and desk clearance.

- Confirm return shipping before paying.
When an office chair is the better buy
Gaming chairs commonly offer tall backs, shoulder support, recline and racing-inspired styling. Office chairs more often prioritize forward-working posture, breathable mesh, seat-depth adjustment and less aggressive bolsters. Corsair describes this distinction as gaming chairs supporting a more reclined posture with taller backs and stronger head/shoulder support.
Choose an office chair instead if you spend most of the day leaning toward a monitor, need seat-depth adjustment, prefer mesh, sit cross-legged or want neutral styling. A gaming chair is not automatically more ergonomic, and deep recline does not replace correct desk and monitor height.

Consider the Iskur V2 X when built-in lumbar support justifies its price. Move to the TC500 or Iskur V2 only when the sale materially improves the feature and fit package. Skip any “huge” discount that applies to an inflated list price, an unsuitable size or a chair with expensive returns.

How long should a gaming chair last?
There is no universal lifespan. Upholstery, mechanism quality, use and warranty coverage matter more than the brand name; inspect warranty terms before buying.
