The temple is in the Izumi Coast area of Izumi Settsu.
Where to find both Gansenji Temple Lost Pages
- Northwest corner: Cross the main entrance area and look behind the large rock in the northwest corner of the temple grounds. The page is tucked out of sight by the rock. (GamesRadar+; PowerPyx)
- Main temple roof: Climb onto the roof of the main temple building and search the flat wooden platform for the second page. (GamesRadar+; PowerPyx)
How to reach and spot the roof page
Naoe is the recommended choice for the roof route: her parkour and grappling hook make climbing easier. Ubisoft describes Naoe as having grappling-hook and parkour skills. A possible alternate route for Yasuke has been suggested, but it is not established, so use Naoe if you want the clearly supported approach. (GamesRadar+; Ubisoft)
PowerPyx says to use Observe to reveal nearby scrolls as white dots. On the controller layout it describes, hold L2/LT; controls may differ by platform or settings. The pages also make a sound when you are nearby, and scanning from a rooftop can make the markers easier to see. (PowerPyx)
Location, reward, and availability
Gansenji Temple is in Izumi Coast, within Izumi Settsu, northwest of the Mount Kongo viewpoint. The activity can be tackled during or after “The Fatherless Monk.” (PowerPyx; Restart.run)
