When does Gears of War: E-Day release?
Xbox lists October 6, 2026 as the general release date. Premium Edition players can access the game up to five days early, beginning October 1; the official Gears page lists October 1 as the Collector’s Edition launch date. What is the story setup?
Xbox describes E-Day as a prequel set fourteen years before the original Gears of War. It follows young Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago in the opening days of the Locust invasion.
