Character Event Wishes: August 6–27
Version 4.8 Phase II ran from August 6 through August 27, 2024, according to the HoYoWiki Version 4.8 Phase II record. A dated HoYoLAB community post identifies the featured characters:
- Emilie — limited five-star character
- Yelan — limited five-star character
- Yanfei, Xiangling, and Razor — featured four-star characters
These are the Phase II character wishes; the August lineup was not the same throughout the month.
Weapon wish in Phase II
The concurrent Epitome Invocation featured these weapons, as listed in the HoYoWiki Phase II record:
- Five-star: Aqua Simulacra and Lumidouce Elegy
- Four-star: Favonius Warbow, The Flute, Wandering Evenstar, Favonius Lance, and Makhaira Aquamarine
What was on the banners August 1–5?
August 1–5 was still within Version 4.8 Phase I, before the August 6 changeover. The available sources do not verify Phase I’s exact character or weapon roster, so it should not be filled in by inference.

When did Version 5.0 begin?
HoYoverse announced that Version 5.0 would be available on August 28, 2024, immediately after the recorded Phase II window. See the official Version 5.0 announcement. That update date provides context for the end of the August banner period; it does not establish the unverified Phase I lineup.
How to read the August dates
For a specific date, the key cutoff is August 6: August 1–5 belonged to Phase I, while August 6–27 was Phase II. The cited records establish the date range but do not establish exact banner turnover times for individual regions.
