For a current build, the September 2026 Mobalytics guide recommends Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy with ATK% / Electro DMG / CRIT main stats; it lists Absolution as best-in-slot and Finale of the Deep as its best free weapon option. Your rotation still depends on teammates and cooldowns.
How Clorinde’s kit works
Clorinde is a five-star Electro Sword character. Her Elemental Skill, Hunter’s Vigil, activates Night Vigil. While the state is active, her normal attacks become Electro pistol shots, and using the Skill again performs Impale the Night, a forward lunge.
The lunge’s healing, area, and damage behavior change with Clorinde’s Bond of Life. Her pistol shots help build that Bond of Life, so the practical loop is to enter Night Vigil, fire shots to build the state, and weave in Skill lunges to consume it for stronger attacks. During Night Vigil, she cannot use charged attacks; she is not a conventional charged-attack carry in this state.
Healing from other sources during Night Vigil is converted into Bond of Life rather than applied as ordinary healing. Leaving the field ends Night Vigil, so plan support actions around the time she spends on-field.

Artifacts and stats
The Mobalytics build guide, updated September 30, 2026, recommends Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy. Its suggested main stats are ATK% sands, Electro DMG goblet, and a CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG circlet. Prioritize CRIT substats, then ATK%, with Energy Recharge after those.
Mobalytics estimates 100–110% Energy Recharge for its build context. Treat that as a guide-specific estimate, not a universal target: how often Clorinde needs to use her Burst depends on the team and rotation.

What player profiles show
Prydwen’s September 23, 2026 observed-profile update lists Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy on 74.7% of the Clorinde profiles it tracked. Gladiator’s Finale appears on 5.8%, and Thundering Fury on 3.3%. ATK% sands, Electro DMG goblets, and CRIT DMG circlets are the most-used main stats in that data.
Those figures describe equipped builds, not a controlled damage comparison. Prydwen explicitly cautions that profile usage measures popularity rather than optimality. When choosing artifacts, weigh the recommended set bonus against the quality of your actual main stats and substats; the available sources do not provide a shared controlled damage table for competing sets.

Best weapons for Clorinde
Mobalytics lists Absolution as Clorinde’s best-in-slot weapon, Mistsplitter Reforged as a limited five-star alternative, Finale of the Deep as its best free option, and Calamity of Eshu as a niche alternative. These are in-game weapons, not physical products. The guide does not provide a shared controlled damage table for these options, so use the rankings as recommendations rather than a quantified performance gap.
| Weapon choice | Guide context | Observed profile share |
|---|---|---|
| Absolution | Listed as best-in-slot by Mobalytics | 33.7% of profiles in Prydwen’s September 23, 2026 update |
| Mistsplitter Reforged | Limited five-star alternative | 5.8% of profiles in Prydwen’s September 23, 2026 update |
| Finale of the Deep | Listed as best free option by Mobalytics | 20.3% of profiles in Prydwen’s September 23, 2026 update |
| Calamity of Eshu | Niche alternative | 4.5% of profiles in Prydwen’s September 23, 2026 update |
| The Black Sword | Not listed among the Mobalytics recommendations above | 5.2% of profiles in Prydwen’s September 23, 2026 update |
Prydwen’s reported sample was 217,458 profiles. These are observed equipped-weapon shares, not controlled performance results. For a practical choice, Finale of the Deep is the guide’s free option; if you already own a recommended weapon, consider how it fits your artifact CRIT balance rather than treating profile popularity as a damage ranking.

How to plan Clorinde’s rotation
The current sources support a Skill-centered on-field role, but do not establish one exact button-by-button rotation as best for every team. Support cooldowns, setup time, reaction access, and the duration of Night Vigil all affect the sequence. In practice, complete the team’s setup, activate Hunter’s Vigil, then use pistol shots and Bond-of-Life-sensitive lunges while the state lasts. Adjust the setup and timing to the characters you bring rather than copying a fixed sequence.
Overload team context
Mobalytics describes an Overload carry group that can include Clorinde with characters such as Chevreuse, Nicole, Durin, Fischl, Iansan, or Mavuika. The guide calls Chevreuse a strong teammate and notes that additional Pyro application can matter for maintaining her resistance-shred uptime. This is an example of team context, not an exhaustive roster or a claim that one lineup is universally best.
Quicken team context
A HoYoLAB advanced guide published June 5, 2024, for version 4.7 discusses Quicken rotations and Skill priority. It can provide historical context for that play pattern, but it predates the current 2026 build references; its numerical rotation claims should not be treated as verified universal advice for current teams.
