It bundles the full game with the new Echoes of Sekigahara story expansion, the single-player Most Wanted survival mode, Legends, and the in-game items previously offered in the Digital Deluxe Edition. Existing owners can buy a separate upgrade; the listed US price is $14.99.
What’s included in the Complete Edition
The edition brings together the base game and its earlier add-on content with two new additions delivered through patch v2.0 or later.
- The full game: Play as Atsu, a mercenary pursuing the people who killed her family in 1600s rural Japan. PlayStation describes the setting as 300 years after Ghost of Tsushima.
- Ghost of Yōtei Legends: The online co-op mode supports up to four players. Online multiplayer requires PlayStation Plus.
- Echoes of Sekigahara: A narrative expansion that moves between the present and flashbacks to Atsu’s time on the mainland. It introduces Nagato, a figure from her past, and a valley tied to the Snake and his followers, the Vipers. The flashbacks explore Atsu’s experience during the Battle of Sekigahara.
- Most Wanted: A single-player combat survival mode with a roguelike structure. Start runs through bounties, defeat enemy waves and bosses, and earn perks, unlockable characters, weapons, and cosmetics.
- Digital Deluxe and other in-game items: These include an in-game mask, Charm of Hokkyokusei, Snake Armor, Digital Deluxe Armor Dye, Digital Deluxe Horse & Saddle, Sword Kit, Traveler’s Maps early unlock, and Charm of Amaterasu. The Complete Edition announcement also notes photo mode stamps, New Game Plus cosmetics, and new trophies for both new content additions.

What requires a download, and what is free
The two new additions—Echoes of Sekigahara and Most Wanted—arrive through patch v2.0 or later. Downloading them requires an internet connection and a PlayStation account. The free patch also adds Beauty of Yōtei, armor appearance/stat separation, a high-contrast accessibility option, and new Watanabe Mode tracks. Those tracks are part of the free patch, not an exclusive Complete Edition feature.

PS5 platform and physical-edition caveat
The game is for PS5 and is marked PS5 Pro Enhanced. PlayStation’s game page shows digital and physical edition options, but the linked Blu-ray product on its US page is labeled Ghost of Yōtei Standard Edition. That listing does not establish that the US Complete Edition is available as a disc. Before buying a physical copy, confirm that the retailer’s exact SKU and packaging say Complete Edition for your region.
