What do player reports tell us?
Community posts describe MOUNTAIN-00014 and MOUNTAIN-00015 errors or disconnections on PC and consoles. One Xbox Series X player said they owned the disc version and had cleared the console cache; that is one person’s account, not evidence that either the disc edition or cache caused or resolved the error. Other players ask for help without providing a verified answer.
