If you want to try a prep-and-finale chain without first buying a business, The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid is a practical starting point—but it is a raid, not a tenth Rockstar-named heist. This ranking includes those nine named heists plus Cluckin’ Bell, weighing player count, access requirements, setup burden, payout variability and replay appeal rather than simply the biggest advertised team take.
The ordering is an editorial judgment, not an objective ranking or a claim of personal playtesting. Payout figures below are guide-reported GTA$ team takes before crew cuts, not guaranteed personal earnings. Rockstar’s July 14, 2026 Title Update 1.73 changed weekly completion rewards and repeat rewards, so the weekly first-run figures are distinct from ordinary repeat payouts.
How to read the ranking and payouts
A heist’s headline take is not the same as the money one player receives. The final amount depends on the split between players, the host’s costs and work, the selected target where applicable, and whether the run qualifies for a weekly first-completion reward. The figures attributed to GTAside below were checked September 11, 2026; they describe normal-difficulty team takes before crew cuts unless a row says otherwise. Rockstar’s July 2026 update also changed rewards for repeat completions within the weekly period.
| Heist or target | Guide-reported amount | What the figure represents |
|---|---|---|
| The Fleeca Job | GTA$201,250 base; GTA$301,875 first weekly run | Normal-difficulty team take before crew cuts; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| The Prison Break | GTA$700,000 base; GTA$1,050,000 first weekly run | Normal-difficulty team take before crew cuts; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| The Humane Labs Raid | GTA$945,000 base; GTA$1,417,500 first weekly run | Normal-difficulty team take before crew cuts; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| Series A Funding | GTA$707,000 base; GTA$1,060,500 first weekly run | Normal-difficulty team take before crew cuts; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| The Pacific Standard Job | GTA$1,500,000 base; GTA$2,250,000 first weekly run | Normal-difficulty team take before crew cuts; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| The Doomsday Heist | Act I: GTA$877,500; Act II: GTA$1,282,500; Act III: GTA$1,620,000 | Guide-reported base team takes; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| The Diamond Casino Heist | GTA$1,480,500 for cash to GTA$1,809,500 for gold; GTA$2,303,000 for event-only diamonds | Normal-difficulty team take before crew cuts; diamonds are event-only; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| Cayo Perico primary target | Tequila: GTA$400,000; Ruby Necklace: GTA$560,000; Bearer Bonds: GTA$616,000; Pink Diamond: GTA$910,000 | Normal-difficulty target values, not a complete take including other loot; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
| The Kortz Center Heist | Up to GTA$481,250 for the top painting on a normal run; up to GTA$1,925,000 when the first painting is sold that week | Top-painting values before applicable division; weekly first-sale figure; GTAside, checked September 11, 2026 |
These are guide-reported game-economy figures, not payout amounts published by Rockstar. They are snapshots rather than a promise of what a later weekly event will pay.

Which GTA Online heists can you do solo?
GTAside’s September 11, 2026 guide reports that only Cayo Perico and Kortz Center among the nine named heists support one player. Rockstar’s Title Update 1.73 notes explicitly say the Kortz Center Heist can be completed by “1–4 players.” Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid is another solo-friendly option, but it belongs in the separate category of heist-style mission chains.
For the original apartment heists, Rockstar Support says a player hosting must be Rank 12 and own a high-end apartment. Players who do not meet those host requirements can join an invitation or use the phone’s Quick Job menu. Being able to join a heist does not remove its crew-size requirement.
10 best GTA Online heists and heist-style activities, ranked
1. The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid — best low-barrier crew-free starting point
Cluckin’ Bell takes the top spot for players who want the rhythm of preparation followed by a finale without first buying a business. A current comparison guide recommends it as a solo-friendly entry point for that reason. It is a raid, not one of Rockstar’s nine named heists, and the sources reviewed here do not establish a current payout figure to compare with the named heists.
- Best for: Solo players who want a multi-stage job chain before committing to a heist-specific property.
- Trade-off: It is not a substitute for the larger crew coordination and planning of the classic four-player finales.
2. The Cayo Perico Heist — best named heist for solo planning
Cayo Perico earns the highest named-heist position because it combines solo access with planning flexibility. Its primary target changes the potential value: GTAside’s September 11, 2026 normal-difficulty figures range from GTA$400,000 for Tequila to GTA$910,000 for the Pink Diamond. Those amounts describe the primary target, not the complete take or a guaranteed solo payout. The same guide reports a GTA$1,900,000 Panther Statue during events; that is an event-only target value.
Rank #2
- STUNNING VISUALS — Enhanced levels of fidelity and performance with new graphics modes featuring up to 4K resolution, up to 60 frames per second, HDR options, ray tracing, improved texture quality, and more
- FASTER LOADING — Quicker access to the action as the world of Los Santos and Blaine County load in faster than ever before.
- ADAPTIVE TRIGGERS AND HAPTIC FEEDBACK — Feel every moment through the DualSense controller, from directional damage to weather effects, rough road surfaces to explosions, and more.
- TEMPEST 3D AUDIO — Hear the sounds of the world with pinpoint precision: the throttle of a stolen supercar, the rattle of neighbouring gunfire, the roar of a helicopter overhead, and more.

The flexibility has an entry cost in time and access: the comparison guide says the heist requires a Kosatka and preparation. Rockstar’s July 2026 update changed target appearance and value rules, so older target charts may no longer reflect the live rotation or current values.
- Best for: Players who want a solo-capable named heist and are willing to plan around variable targets.
- Trade-off: The Kosatka requirement and preparation make it less immediate than a chain recommended for players without a business.
3. The Kortz Center Heist — best new solo-capable addition
Introduced in Title Update 1.73 on July 14, 2026, Kortz Center is the newest named heist in the sources covered here. It can be started from an Art Studio purchased for an owned Mansion, and Rockstar confirms its one-to-four-player range. That makes it unusually flexible: a solo player can run it, while a small crew can also take part.
GTAside reports up to GTA$481,250 for the top painting on a normal run, or up to GTA$1,925,000 when the first painting is sold during that weekly period. The higher figure is a weekly first-sale value for the top painting, not a recurring ordinary payout or a promise that every run will find that painting.
- Best for: Players who already have the required Mansion and Art Studio access and want a solo or flexible-crew heist.
- Trade-off: The property prerequisite makes it a poor first recommendation for someone choosing a starting activity from scratch.
4. The Diamond Casino Heist — best flexible pair job with variable targets
Casino supports two to four players according to GTAside’s current guide, making it a strong option for a coordinated pair that cannot count on a full crew. Its target changes the headline team take: the guide reports GTA$1,480,500 for cash and GTA$1,809,500 for gold on normal difficulty, before crew cuts. Diamonds can raise the reported team take to GTA$2,303,000, but they are event-only.

The target and weekly bonus matter when comparing Casino with a fixed payout. The guide reports a 1.86× first-weekly-completion multiplier for Casino; that special first run should not be mistaken for the repeat payout. The comparison guide recommends it for coordinated pairs, rather than claiming it is effortless or reliably the top earner.
- Best for: Two-to-four-player groups who enjoy choosing an approach and adapting to the available target.
- Trade-off: Take varies with the target and event availability, and the advertised pot is split among the crew.
5. The Doomsday Heist — best multi-act challenge for a coordinated pair
Doomsday’s three acts give it a broader, escalating structure than a single finale, and GTAside reports that it accepts two to four players. Its reported base team takes are GTA$877,500 for Act I, GTA$1,282,500 for Act II and GTA$1,620,000 for Act III, before crew cuts. Rockstar’s July 2026 update raised setup-mission rewards for Doomsday, though the figures above are the guide’s reported base act takes rather than a total including every setup reward.
- Best for: Pairs or small crews looking for a longer, connected challenge.
- Trade-off: A multi-act sequence asks more of a group’s coordination and commitment than a short standalone run.
6. The Pacific Standard Job — best classic team headline take
Among the original apartment heists with figures in the current guide, Pacific Standard has the largest reported ordinary team take: GTA$1,500,000 on normal difficulty, before cuts. GTAside reports GTA$2,250,000 for the first weekly run. Those figures make it the strongest classic headline payout in this ranking, but the job requires four players, so its practical value depends on assembling and keeping a full crew together.
- Best for: A dependable four-player group prioritizing a classic heist finale and a high reported team pot.
- Trade-off: The full-crew requirement can outweigh the headline amount for players who usually play with one partner or alone.
7. The Fleeca Job — best short two-player introduction
Fleeca is the original heist to choose when you have one partner rather than a larger crew: GTAside lists it as a two-player job. The guide reports a GTA$201,250 normal-difficulty team take before cuts and GTA$301,875 for the first weekly run. Rockstar’s general high-end apartment and Rank 12 requirement applies if you host an original apartment heist; invited players can join without meeting the host requirements themselves.
Rank #4
- GTA 5 SUR PS3 / TAKE TWO - ROCKSTAR GAME
- Best for: A pair learning the original heist format.
- Trade-off: Its reported team take is lower than the later, larger crew jobs in this list.
8. The Humane Labs Raid — best original heist for a set four-player crew
Humane Labs offers a larger reported normal team take than Fleeca, at GTA$945,000 before cuts; GTAside lists GTA$1,417,500 for its first weekly run. It belongs to the four-player 2015 original heists, so the stronger headline amount comes with the coordination cost of recruiting a full team.
- Best for: Players with a regular four-person crew who want one of the stronger original-heist team pots.
- Trade-off: It is not a practical pick for solo players or a pair who cannot fill the remaining roles.
9. Series A Funding — best original crew job for a connected sequence
GTAside reports a GTA$707,000 normal-difficulty team take for Series A Funding and GTA$1,060,500 for the first weekly run, before crew cuts. Like the other original heists beyond Fleeca, it calls for four players. Its place below Humane Labs is an editorial preference based on balancing reported take and crew flexibility, not a claim that its missions are objectively worse.
- Best for: A full crew that wants another linked original-heist sequence.
- Trade-off: The reported team amount is lower than Humane Labs and Pacific Standard, while retaining the four-player coordination requirement.
10. The Prison Break — classic crew experience, but hardest to recommend for flexibility
The Prison Break remains one of the original named heists, with a guide-reported GTA$700,000 normal-difficulty team take and GTA$1,050,000 first weekly run before crew cuts. Its four-player requirement places it behind the pair-friendly and solo-capable choices for a general ranking: you need a complete crew, even though other activities are easier to fit around a smaller group.
- Best for: Players progressing through the original heists with a stable four-person crew.
- Trade-off: It offers less crew-size flexibility than Fleeca, Doomsday or Casino, and its reported base team take is below Humane Labs and Pacific Standard.
Which GTA Online heist pays the most?
It depends on what “pays the most” means. In GTAside’s September 11, 2026 figures, The Pacific Standard Job has the highest reported ordinary base team take among the classic original heists listed here: GTA$1,500,000 before cuts. The guide reports higher conditional figures elsewhere: GTA$2,303,000 for event-only Casino diamonds on normal difficulty, GTA$2,250,000 for Pacific Standard’s first weekly run, and up to GTA$1,925,000 for the first weekly Kortz top-painting sale. They are not directly interchangeable: one is event-only, others are weekly first-run or first-sale amounts, and all are team-level figures before applicable division.

How much does Cayo Perico pay after the 2026 update?
There is no single fixed total in the reported figures. GTAside’s September 11, 2026 normal-difficulty primary-target values range from GTA$400,000 for Tequila to GTA$910,000 for the Pink Diamond; the Panther Statue is reported at GTA$1,900,000 during events. These are target values, not the full take after other loot, costs or the player’s final share. Rockstar says the July 2026 update changed Cayo Perico target appearance and value rules, so check the current in-game target and weekly conditions rather than relying on an older payout chart.
How many heists are there in GTA Online?
GTAside’s current guide counts nine activities as Rockstar-named heists: The Fleeca Job, The Prison Break, The Humane Labs Raid, Series A Funding, The Pacific Standard Job, The Doomsday Heist, The Diamond Casino Heist, The Cayo Perico Heist and The Kortz Center Heist. A list of ten needs to say what its tenth entry is. This ranking adds The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid as a heist-style mission chain, not as a tenth named heist; raids and contracts should not be silently counted as the same category.
