Its main addition is the Bail Enforcement Office, a purchasable property that lets owners hunt bounties and hire agents. The update also introduced separate Freemode Dispatch Work, vehicles, Creator tools, economy changes and quality-of-life improvements. “Out now” describes the original launch, not a new 2026 release.
How bounty hunting works
Buying a Bail Enforcement Office unlocks a bounty-hunting activity. Rockstar’s Title Update 1.69 notes say owners can pursue one Most Wanted target each day and three standard targets made available every hour.
Targets can be brought in alive for processing or eliminated and delivered to the Los Santos County Coroner Office. Living targets go into the office holding cell and are processed over time; cash is then added to the owner’s wallet. Owners can hire agents to do work, add cash to the owner’s safe and shorten processing time. The office also comes with a bounty transporter van for Freemode, which can be upgraded with Armor Plating.
The update notes establish this activity loop, but do not provide a current Bail Office price, a location-by-location earnings comparison or a tested return-on-investment figure. They therefore do not support naming a “best” office or promising a payback period.

Dispatch Work has a separate vehicle requirement
Dispatch Work is Freemode work offered by Vincent; it is separate from the Bail Office bounty activity. To access it, a player must own and drive a Law Enforcement personal vehicle. Rockstar directs players to Warstock Cache & Carry for applicable vehicles. Dispatch Work is unavailable while the player is in an Organization or Motorcycle Club.
Vehicles added in the update
Rockstar listed nine new vehicles in the update. Two have Imani Tech, and two have HSW upgrades on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The three Cruiser models are Law Enforcement vehicles.

The patch also added custom Drift Tuning upgrades for the Vulcar Nebula Turbo, Übermacht Cypher and Übermacht Sentinel Widebody. Apply those upgrades to personal vehicles inside the LS Car Meet.
Economy, Creator tools and other changes
Payouts and mission timers
The update raised base GTA$ payouts for listed Contact Mission categories, Open Wheel Races and Taxi Work. It also increased timers by 50% for several solo Biker and Bunker Sell Missions, giving solo players longer to complete the specified sales.

Race creation and clothing
Players with an LS Car Meet membership gained access to Drag and Drift Race Creators. Creator additions also included more Race Creator units and props, weather choices for created modes, and an option to test a race from a chosen checkpoint. Rockstar listed more than 150 male clothing and accessory items and more than 200 female clothing and accessory items.
Quality-of-life changes
- Snacks are fully restocked when launching Contact Missions and Heists from lobbies.
- The rank requirement for purchasing properties was removed.
GTA+ additions
Some additions were specifically for GTA+ members, not general access: a Vinewood Club phone app for claiming safe earnings and buying ammunition, and a Vinewood Club Garage Vehicle Workshop. Rockstar stated that the Workshop gives members a 10% discount on modifying stored vehicles.

Rockstar’s notes cover PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The HSW upgrades for the Niobe and Euros X32 are specifically listed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S; do not assume those upgrades apply on every platform. The Bail Office awards include Career Progress Challenges on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
