LiveReacting describes looping one video or a playlist, with on-air editing and scheduling; Gyre describes cloud playlists, scheduling, and continuous loops. Which fits better depends on the plan limits and the way you want to manage your stream. If you want a simpler YouTube-only cloud option to try first, StreamNeo keeps an uploaded video or playlist running without leaving a computer on.
How the three services differ
| Service | What it describes | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Upload a recording or make a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It loops the uploaded content from the cloud. | YouTube only; one always-on stream per slot, any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and 10 GB storage per slot pooled across active slots. |
| Gyre | Upload video to Gyre Storage, build a playlist, connect a YouTube account, and start a scheduled or continuous stream. Gyre says playlists restart automatically. | Playlist availability, stream count and quality depend on plan. Gyre’s homepage advertises up to eight simultaneous streams per subscription. |
| LiveReacting | Loop one prerecorded video or a playlist; playlists can play in order or shuffle. It describes scheduling repeat broadcasts and changing videos, order, music, scenes and overlays while a stream is running. | Stream length and simultaneous destinations depend on plan. Its homepage says destination count can reach 20, depending on plan. |
These are vendors’ descriptions of their products, not results from a side-by-side reliability test. Both Gyre and LiveReacting describe server-side streaming, so the creator’s computer does not need to remain on for the prerecorded broadcast. That does not establish comparative uptime or guarantee that YouTube will keep a particular stream live.
Which one handles playlists and live changes better?
Choose Gyre if you want a reusable playlist workflow
Gyre’s documented flow is to upload videos to its storage, assemble a playlist, connect a YouTube account and start the stream. The company describes scheduled playlists and automatic playlist looping. Its homepage also lists YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Kick and RTMP destinations. Check the chosen plan’s playlist, quality and concurrent-stream allowances before subscribing; the homepage’s up-to-eight-stream figure is a vendor claim, not a promise that every plan includes eight streams.
Choose LiveReacting if you want to adjust a running show
LiveReacting describes single-video loops as well as playlists that play in order or shuffle. It also says users can schedule shorter streams to repeat and change video, playlist order, music, scenes or overlays while the stream stays on air. These capabilities may vary by plan, and its FAQ distinguishes the dedicated 24/7 plan from other plans with maximum stream lengths. Platform limits can still apply.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
LiveReacting names YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, Instagram and other destinations, and says it can stream to as many as 20 simultaneous platforms depending on plan. Treat that as a vendor-stated ceiling, not a feature included at every price point.
How much do Gyre and LiveReacting cost?
A LiveReacting-authored comparison reports its 24/7 plan at $39.99 per month, or $33 per month billed yearly. The same comparison reports Gyre Start+ at $99 per month for up to four HD streams, says playlists start at Start+, and describes Gyre’s $49-per-month plan as lacking playlists. The comparison says the Gyre figures were checked September 23, 2026. Because this is a comparison published by one of the vendors being compared, it is not an independent price check; confirm current prices, currency, included stream capacity and playlist access on the vendors’ checkout pages before buying.

Between Gyre and LiveReacting, choose based on the workflow you actually need: Gyre for its described storage-and-playlist flow, or LiveReacting if playlist shuffle, in-stream changes, or scheduled repeats matter more. Verify the relevant tier rather than assuming a homepage feature is included in the plan you are considering.
What YouTube requires—and what looping does not guarantee
Software cannot grant live-streaming eligibility. YouTube says a channel must be verified and have had no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days to go live. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance.

Looping software also does not make content eligible for monetization. YouTube’s monetization policy applies to live streams and says monetized content should be original rather than mass-produced, generic, repetitive or manipulative; the substance should be materially varied and offer creative, educational or other value. YouTube renamed its “repetitious content” policy “inauthentic content” in a policy update dated July 15, 2025. Review the current YouTube channel monetization policies, and make sure you have the rights to everything in the stream. Automation alone does not promise monetization, audience growth, watch time or revenue.
