Hades II v1.0 launched worldwide at 9 a.m. PDT on Thursday, September 25, 2025, or the corresponding local time. Supergiant Games announced that time for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. It is the original 2025 launch time—not a schedule for the later console versions.
What time did Hades 2 release worldwide?
Supergiant Games announced on September 18, 2025, that Hades II would be available worldwide at 9 a.m. PDT on Thursday, September 25, “or your local time.” In other words, the announcement referred to one worldwide release moment, expressed as 9 a.m. in Pacific Daylight Time; players elsewhere should use the equivalent local clock time for that moment. The announcement did not include a city-by-city conversion table, so check a time-zone converter for your location rather than relying on a rounded estimate.
The announced platforms were Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Supergiant’s September 18 release-time announcement provided the time and original platform list. Its September 25 launch post confirmed that v1.0 was out.
Is that the release time for the PlayStation and Xbox versions?
No. The 9 a.m. PDT time was for the original v1.0 launch on September 25, 2025. Supergiant’s FAQ says the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions launched later, on April 14, 2026. The FAQ, updated that date, lists the game on Steam, the Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It does not give a separate launch time for the later console ports.

What did the original v1.0 launch include?
Supergiant’s launch post confirmed the September 25, 2025 v1.0 release and noted that the full version included the true ending and additional launch-update content. That post documents the original release; the 9 a.m. PDT time should not be read as a recurring schedule or as a time for later platform releases.
