Complete both deliveries before obtaining the Third Keystone. Waylaid sends you to find a Satellite Radio for Roho Katungi and Pill Bottle – Metformin for Typhon Guile, two ON Peacekeepers stranded beneath the Lymbic Monolith in Acasa Marshes. Deliver the items in time to save them; then claim Amine Prism – Rho and The Relentless Assault from Gildas Brom at the Watcher’s Nest.
Important: finish Waylaid before the Third Keystone
Waylaid has a missable deadline: deliver both items before obtaining the Third Keystone. If you get the Third Keystone first, Roho and Typhon are reported dead beneath the monolith. If you complete the deed in time, they survive and return to the Village of Jova.

Find Roho Katungi and Typhon Guile
Travel to the Lymbic Monolith in Acasa Marshes, southwest of the Village of Jova. Go beneath the monolith and speak with the two stranded peacekeepers. Roho needs a radio to contact his unit, while Typhon needs Metformin for his medical condition. Picking up either quest item activates the deed, but you must deliver both.
Find the Satellite Radio in Lethe
- Go to the Ministry building in Lethe. One guide calls it the Ministry of Cultural Primacy; another calls it the Ministry of Propaganda, so use the location and route rather than relying on the differing name.
- In the P2 basement parking area, loot the corpse near the ambulance to get the Keycard – Ministry.
- Reach the top floor and go to Marton Ralst’s Office. From there, go forward, take the first left, then turn left again by the Coronation Painting.
- Use the keycard to enter the room and unlock the door to the opposite hallway. Loot the corpse outside the doorway to get the Satellite Radio.
Act 1 must be complete before you can access this location.
#1 Best Overall
- A HOSTILE WORLD: In addition to the civil war dividing the country, the region is suffering from a mysterious calamity, which has given rise to supernatural creatures that no modern weapon can defeat. Your drone and sword from a different age are your faithful allies as you cut a path through lands infested with terrifying chimeras and try to unravel the mystery of their appearance.
- A UNIQUE EXPLORATION SYSTEM: No map, no compass, no quest markers. Following your instincts is part of the adventure. Enjoy a unique experience that uses innovative writing and level design to let you make your own decisions and follow your instincts as you explore. Your discoveries are yours alone.
- COMBAT AGAINST ORIGINAL CREATURES: Swords, spears and axes. A wide range of weapons forged specially for fighting these supernatural creatures is available. You must learn how to fight these monsters and use your drone wisely to stay alive.
- 'The central theme of Hell is Us is that human violence is a perpetual cycle fueled by human emotions and passions.'' – Jonathan Jacques-Belletête, Creative Director
Find Pill Bottle – Metformin in Talju
- In Talju, start at the Town Hall entrance. Take the sidewalk to the right, then head left toward the bridge with the large burning tree.
- Loot the corpse on the bridge for the Key – Pharmacy.
- Return to the Town Hall and go to the back of the neighboring Pharmacy building. Use the key at the rear entrance.
- Find Pill Bottle – Metformin in a clinic bedroom.
The pharmacy’s rear entrance becomes accessible through progress in Caspian Fran’s questline during the Keystone of Terror investigation. If the door is unavailable, continue that questline before returning.
Deliver both items to the peacekeepers
Return beneath the Lymbic Monolith in Acasa Marshes. Give Pill Bottle – Metformin to Typhon Guile and the Satellite Radio to Roho Katungi. Both hand-ins are required to complete Waylaid. The radio receives no response, but you still need to deliver it.
