- Roster fit: Which existing team or planned lineup would the character support?

Cyrene’s warp remained available longer than the Phase I reruns, giving players more time to decide between those historical options. These dates are past availability, not a current way to obtain the characters.
How did the 5-star guarantee affect a pull plan?
HoYoverse Help Center states: “You are guaranteed a 5-star character within 90 wishes.” It also says that the two Character Event Wish banners share pity count and guarantee status. The article was updated September 17, 2025: HoYoverse Help Center.
The 90-wish figure is a maximum threshold for a 5-star character, not an average cost and not a promise that a particular budget secures multiple featured characters. Your existing pity and whether your next 5-star was guaranteed to be the featured character affected your personal plan. For present-day advice, check the Warp Details in game; these mechanics should not be used as a substitute for current banner information.
Is Cyrene worth pulling?
Cyrene was the featured limited five-star character in Phase I, and her character warp ran longer than the rerun warps. Her Light Cone, “This Love, Forever,” also ran from after the Version 3.7 update until December 16, 2025 at 15:00 server time. The available evidence does not establish her kit performance or whether she was a better choice than any rerun, so a retrospective answer depends on your roster needs and preference rather than a sourced strength verdict.

What about Hyacine, Castorice, Tribbie, Mydei, Phainon, and Cipher?
Hyacine, Castorice, and Tribbie appeared as Phase I reruns in the reproduced notice. Mydei, Phainon, and Cipher were named for Phase II in a HoYoLAB community pull-planning result, whose page did not render. The available information does not support a character-by-character comparison of their kits, account fit, or endgame value. Any claim that one was a “must pull” or objectively superior would go beyond what these sources establish.
