For Nintendo of America support, start at Nintendo’s official Contact Us page. It lists chatbot, help-ticket, text, live-chat and phone options. The phone numbers, hours and SMS details below apply to Nintendo’s North American support information; if you are elsewhere, use the Nintendo support site for your region.

Find help for a console, account or purchase
Nintendo’s support homepage organizes help by product and topic, including Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, accounts and purchases, network status, store orders and service requests. Sign in to a Nintendo Account for personalized device and account help. The Contact Us page also links to the support dashboard for error-code history, eShop purchase history and service-request status, with dedicated shortcuts such as parental-controls PIN reset and Joy-Con service requests.

When can you reach a person?
Nintendo of America lists human support daily except observed holidays. Its published hours close at 7 p.m. Pacific Time and reopen at 6 a.m. Pacific Time when support is unavailable. Because agent availability can vary, check the Contact Us page for its current status before relying on live chat or a callback-free phone attempt.

No. The listed phone numbers, SMS number and Pacific Time hours are from Nintendo of America’s English-language support pages. Nintendo separately lists a number for callers outside the United States or Canada, but that does not establish the support channels available in every country.
