Start at Ubisoft Help, choose the category that matches your issue, and follow the contact options shown for that topic. Ubisoft routes account questions, game troubleshooting, player reports, and purchase or subscription issues through different Help sections, so selecting the right one is the quickest way to reach the relevant support flow.
Choose the right Ubisoft support route
Use Ubisoft Help for online support. Ubisoft says its online form handles account-related topics and other questions; the available options depend on the issue you select.
- Account access, security, or recovery: Open the account-related section in Ubisoft Help. Ubisoft says account support is not available through Discord or X.
- Game question or bug: Ubisoft points players to its Discord server and official Ubisoft Support X account for game questions and updates. For technical problems, consult the game’s Help or troubleshooting material and use the technical-support route.
- Purchase or subscription: Choose Purchases and Subscriptions in Ubisoft Help. For an order or a question about the US Store Terms of Sale, Ubisoft lists [email protected] and a store support form. That contact is for US store/order matters, not a general account or game-support address.
- Player report, ban, or conduct issue: Use the reporting and sanctions section in Ubisoft Help, the official route for those matters.

- Go to ubisoft.com/help.
- Select the category that fits: account, game troubleshooting, player reporting or sanctions, or purchases and subscriptions.
- Open the relevant topic and follow the contact or support steps offered there. For game technical-support requests, Ubisoft’s Contact Us page directs players to Ubisoft Technical Support.
If Ubisoft account emails are not arriving
First check that you can access the email account associated with Ubisoft, then look in spam, junk, and promotional folders. Ubisoft recommends whitelisting these senders for account email delivery: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. These are sender addresses to allow through; they are not substitutes for the Help contact form. If you still cannot receive messages or suspect the account is compromised, follow Ubisoft’s account recovery steps.
Does Ubisoft have a support phone number?
The official materials cited here do not establish a single global phone number for Ubisoft player support. The US Store Terms of Sale list an email address and form for store/order questions; separate Canada-specific store terms list customer-service phone numbers. Those Canadian numbers should not be treated as a general contact for other countries or for account and game support. Select your country or region in Ubisoft Help and use the options displayed for your issue.
