1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteThere is no single reliable monthly price for a cloud service that loops a church sermon playlist to YouTube. The cost depends on whether you use a relay that sends video to YouTube, or a managed platform that also delivers video to viewers on its own player. Those are different workloads, and a platform’s audience-delivery rates should not automatically be counted as YouTube relay costs.
For a practical estimate, identify the service and region, continuous bitrate, outbound-transfer charges, recording and retention needs, and restart or failover plan. YouTube’s archive rules also matter: a stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all.
What determines the monthly cost?
A 24/7 playlist relay runs continuously, so small hourly or traffic charges can accumulate over a month. But the total depends on the service architecture. A self-managed cloud relay may incur compute and outbound-transfer charges; a managed video platform may separately bill input, recording or storage, and delivery to viewers.
Before comparing prices, establish where the audience watches. If viewers watch on YouTube, YouTube serves that audience; a vendor’s charge for delivering video through its own player is not automatically part of the cost of sending a stream to YouTube.

- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
- Input and compute: continuous ingest hours, a relay virtual machine or container, and any encoding or packaging.
- Outbound transfer: whether the provider meters data sent from the cloud service to YouTube, and the applicable traffic rate.
- Quality and region: resolution, bitrate, transcoding or renditions, and the region in which the service bills the workload.
- Recording and retention: whether recordings are made, how much storage they use, how long they are retained, and how archives are delivered.
- Continuity: monitoring, restarts, backup feeds, and how the service handles a dropped YouTube connection.
- Rights: documented permission for the sermon, music, and any other material in the playlist.
No authoritative published price in the sources available establishes the full monthly cost of a named cloud playlist-to-YouTube relay. Treat the figures below as prices for specific services and usage models, not as a universal relay quote.
How published cloud-streaming prices compare
These examples show why it is important to compare like with like. Cloudflare Stream and Amazon IVS are managed streaming products; their listed input, storage, or viewer-delivery charges do not automatically price a cloud relay that sends a playlist to YouTube.

| Service or example | Published figure | What it covers—and what it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Stream | $1 per 1,000 minutes delivered; $5 per month per 1,000 minutes of storage capacity | Cloudflare’s 2026 pricing page describes delivery through Cloudflare Stream and storage capacity purchased in 1,000-minute increments. Ingress and encoding are free on that pricing model. These rates do not automatically apply to viewers watching on YouTube. Cloudflare Stream pricing |
| Amazon IVS input | $0.20/hour basic; $0.50/hour advanced SD; $0.85/hour advanced HD; $2.00/hour standard | Amazon’s IVS input rates are for that managed streaming product. Viewer output is billed separately and varies by resolution and delivery region; IVS pricing is not a default price for sending a playlist to YouTube. Amazon IVS pricing |
| AWS live-event example | Approximately $2.50 encoding and packaging plus $67.24 distribution for 791 GB—about $69.74 total | AWS gives this as a configuration-specific example for a one-hour event with about 1,000 viewers at 540p in US East (N. Virginia). It illustrates audience-distribution costs for that architecture, not a 24/7 YouTube relay quote. AWS deployment cost example |
| ChurchLiveStreaming | $49 per month | The vendor advertises a 24/7 Live plan with one always-on feed and 750 GB monthly viewing. Its pricing page does not establish that the plan relays a cloud playlist to YouTube, so confirm the destination and workflow before treating it as a fit. ChurchLiveStreaming pricing |
Why the Cloudflare rate is not a YouTube viewer bill
Cloudflare Stream describes a managed workflow in which a creator sends a live stream to Cloudflare by RTMPS or SRT; Cloudflare encodes it and makes playback available through its player or HLS/DASH. Its $1-per-1,000-minutes rate is for delivery to end users through Cloudflare Stream. If there are no viewers using that playback, delivery-minute charges can be zero, although recording can still affect storage charges.
For scale, 30 days contain 43,200 minutes. One viewer watching a Cloudflare-hosted stream continuously for all 43,200 minutes would imply $43.20 in Cloudflare delivery charges, before recording or storage. This is an arithmetic illustration of Cloudflare playback, not a YouTube relay cost; do not apply it to YouTube viewers unless Cloudflare actually serves those viewers.

When audience size changes the bill
For services that deliver the video to their own audience, viewer output can dominate. AWS’s approximately $69.74 one-hour example is tied to its stated 540p, 1,000-viewer, US East (N. Virginia) scenario. It should not be extrapolated into a monthly relay estimate without matching the architecture, region, audience, and delivery route.
How to build a realistic estimate
- Name the exact workflow. Is the cloud service only relaying a playlist to YouTube, or will it also record, store, transcode, and serve viewers on its own player?
- Choose the service and region. Obtain the applicable compute, input, storage, and outbound-transfer rates for the selected provider and location.
- Specify the continuous stream. Record the resolution and bitrate you plan to send, along with any transcoding or multiple renditions required.
- Ask how transfer to YouTube is billed. Confirm whether outbound traffic is metered, what allowance applies, and what happens when it is exceeded.
- Price recording separately. Include recording duration, storage capacity, retention period, and archive delivery. Do not assume that a relay automatically gives you a complete archive.
- Include continuity costs. Check whether monitoring, restart behavior, a backup feed, or failover adds charges or needs separate configuration.
- Request a workload-specific quote or calculate each line item. Keep YouTube audience delivery separate from any provider that serves viewers through its own player.
Without the provider and region, bitrate, egress policy, retention plan, and continuity requirements, a defensible monthly total cannot be calculated from the published examples above.

Plan for YouTube’s stream and archive behavior
YouTube’s encoder instructions describe connecting an encoder with the YouTube Live server URL and stream key. A cloud relay therefore needs to send to YouTube using the destination details provided for the channel’s live stream. YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived; a stream exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. A continuous 24/7 broadcast should not be treated as a guaranteed complete archive.
If retaining the full sermon playlist broadcast matters, plan a separate local or cloud recording, or divide the broadcast into shorter sessions and confirm the archive workflow in YouTube Studio. Include that recording and storage in the budget.

Check rights before putting sermons and music on a 24/7 playlist
YouTube’s livestream terms say the content provider represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights for worldwide use of live content, including music licensing rights from artists, record labels, publishers (including public performance licenses), and other royalty participants. YouTube Livestream Terms and Conditions
For a church playlist, assess rights for recorded worship music, sermon recordings, and other third-party material individually. Owning or having permission to use a sermon video does not by itself establish the rights needed for every musical recording or broadcast use.
