The published guidance sets spending limits, not a per-stream message count. On YouTube’s computer purchase help page, the stated cap is up to $2,000 USD per day and $8,000 USD per week, or the local-currency equivalent, combined across Jewels, Super Chats, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks. Limits can vary by country or region. YouTube’s computer purchase help page
Is there a limit to how many Super Chats you can send?
YouTube’s published guidance does not state a universal maximum number of Super Chats per live stream. Instead, it describes cumulative spending limits over daily and weekly periods. So whether you can send another Super Chat depends on its price and the purchase limit that applies to your account and location—not on a stated per-stream count.
The computer purchase help page says viewers can spend up to $2,000 USD per day and $8,000 USD per week, or the equivalent in local currency. Those caps are shared across Jewels, Super Chats, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks; they are not a separate allowance for each feature or stream. YouTube also says limits may vary by country or region. Check the purchase screen and current local guidance for the limit that applies to you. Can you send more than one Super Chat in a stream?
YouTube’s guidance does not establish a one-Super-Chat-per-stream rule. You may be able to make multiple purchases, subject to the spending limit applicable to your account, region, and purchase surface. The amount you can spend is not the same as a fixed number of messages: a monetary cap does not translate into one universal Super Chat count because purchase amounts differ.

Does the live-chat rate limit restrict Super Chats?
YouTube’s live-stream guide says viewers can send up to 11 messages to chat every 30 seconds. That statement concerns chat messages generally; YouTube does not identify it as a Super Chat-specific frequency rule. It should not be used to calculate how many paid messages a viewer can send. YouTube Help: Learn about live streams
Why might the Super Chat option be unavailable?
Availability depends on both the creator’s eligibility and the stream’s circumstances. YouTube says creators must meet its fan-funding requirements, be in a supported location, and follow applicable terms and policies. Supers are unavailable on age-restricted, unlisted, private, Made for Kids, and YouTube Giving fundraiser videos, and when live chat or comments are turned off. A specific viewer should check whether the purchase option appears on that stream. YouTube Help: Super Chat and Super Stickers eligibility, availability and policies

Does a pinned Super Chat affect how often you can send one?
No published per-stream frequency rule follows from pin duration. YouTube says how long a Super Chat stays pinned depends on the purchase amount; pinning describes its visibility, not a sending allowance. Creators can manage Super Chat and Super Sticker moderation and reporting in Live Chat. YouTube Help: Manage YouTube Super Chat & Super Stickers for Live Chat
