To change your character’s appearance after creation, open Main Menu → Mirror Boutique → Change Appearance, make your edits, preview them, and use a Character Appearance Change Ticket to finalize. The official release notes confirm that the ticket is required.
Change your character’s appearance
- Open the Main Menu and select Mirror Boutique.
- Choose Change Appearance.
- Edit your character using the available character-creation-style options, such as face and hair settings.
- Preview the result, then use a Character Appearance Change Ticket to confirm the change. The official release notes state that a ticket is required for changes after character creation: Solisium’s Awakening release notes.
The Mirror Boutique’s character customization uses the cosmetic features available during character creation. Its profile-picture controls are separate: you can show or hide headgear, adjust facial expression, and change lighting without treating those controls as a ticketed character appearance change. The game’s business-model clarification describes costume dyeing with Dyes and Sewing Threads. The official Illusion Workshop announcement, dated April 23, 2025, explains gear conversion and notes that resulting Illusions are character-bound. Illusions appear in the Mirror Boutique; they alter a gear piece’s look rather than your character’s creation-style appearance.
What to know about tickets and extra options
The official release notes confirm the ticket requirement but do not establish a current universal ticket price or acquisition route. Check the live in-game shop and interface for your region and platform rather than relying on an assumed Lucent price.

Additional Mirror Boutique customization options may be purchased. According to the same release notes, each such option is permanently unlocked after purchase and shared across characters on the account. That permanent unlock is separate from the ticket needed to finalize an appearance change.
