For an Arizona Wildcats football game, start with the Big 12 Football Player Availability Reporting portal and select the matchup. Arizona Athletics also links to the portal from its football virtual press box. Check again close to kickoff: player designations can change during game week.
Check the official availability report
- Open the Big 12 portal. Go to the Big 12 Football Player Availability Reporting page.
- Select the relevant game. The portal’s report content is embedded, so open the page itself and choose the current matchup to see its listing. The page also links to previous reports.
- Check again before kickoff. The weekly report is not necessarily the final word; the conference requires a final report 90 minutes before kickoff.
The Big 12 began public availability reporting for conference football games in the 2025–26 season. Under its availability-reporting policy, teams submit reports daily beginning three days before a game, with reports posted at 9 p.m. Central Time.
Understand the status labels
The labels change on game day. The percentages below are the Big 12’s definitions for its categories, not independent medical assessments or guarantees that a player will participate.

“Out” does not automatically mean injured. The policy says it can also reflect illness, suspension, eligibility or legal issues, or personal matters. The game-time decision label means the decision remains pending until the pregame evaluation.

Use Arizona’s notes for roster context
Arizona’s 2026 game-notes index links to game notes, depth charts, and postgame files. The index says notes are typically posted each Monday by 6 p.m. MST. A depth chart helps identify a player’s position and lineup role, but it does not establish that the player is cleared or will play.
The Arizona football virtual press box provides a convenient route to both the Big 12 availability portal and team materials. Arizona’s coach and player press conferences can add game-week context, but they are not a substitute for the official report.

The Big 12 policy describes reporting for conference football games. The cited sources do not establish that every Arizona nonconference matchup will have a report under the same policy.
