To check who may be using your Roblox account, open Settings → Security → Where you’re logged in. Roblox lists login sessions—not necessarily every physical device you have ever used—with device details, an approximate region and last-active information. You can sign out one session or all other sessions. These are legitimate security steps, not account-access hacks.
How to see logged-in Roblox sessions
Use the account’s own security settings. Roblox documents these paths for the website and mobile app; labels or icon placement can vary slightly with app versions and interface changes. See Roblox’s Session Management instructions.
On a browser
- Sign in to Roblox.
- Open Settings from the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Security.
- Scroll to Where you’re logged in.
- Select a session to inspect its information and available sign-out control.
In the mobile app
- Open Roblox and sign in.
- Tap More (three dots), then Settings.
- Select Security and scroll to Where you’re logged in.
- Review the sessions and select one if you want to sign it out.
What the session details mean
- Device: The type or platform Roblox associates with the session; it may not identify an exact device model.
- Approximate location: A regional estimate, not a GPS position. VPNs, mobile-carrier routing, shared networks, travel and geolocation errors can make it look unfamiliar.
- Last active: The activity time Roblox associates with that session; it does not necessarily tell you exactly when someone opened the account.
- Unknown: Roblox says some older sessions can have incomplete information, including because of inactivity. The label alone does not prove an intruder is using the account.
A session list is not a guaranteed, permanent record of every device that has ever accessed the account. Treat an unfamiliar region as one clue, and weigh it alongside the device, timing and account activity.
How to sign out one device or all other sessions
If one session is clearly unfamiliar, select it and choose Log out of session. If several are unfamiliar—or you cannot tell which is legitimate—choose Log Out of All Other Sessions. Roblox keeps the session you are currently using signed in; other legitimate devices will need to sign in again.

Signing sessions out is not a substitute for changing a password if someone may know it. It also does not remove malware, secure your email account or restore missing items or currency.
What to do if you suspect account access
- End the suspicious access. Sign out the unfamiliar session, or use Log Out of All Other Sessions if uncertain.
- Remove suspicious downloads and extensions. If the problem followed a free-Robux tool, exploit, executor or browser add-on, remove it. Roblox recommends a full malware scan as part of its hacked-account guidance.
- Change your Roblox password. Use a unique password you do not use on other sites. If you cannot sign in, use Roblox’s official password recovery and support channels; do not trust third-party account-recovery services.
- Secure the email account linked to Roblox. Give it a unique password and enable its two-step authentication. Someone who controls that inbox may be able to interfere with account recovery.
- Enable Roblox two-step verification (2SV). Go to Settings → Security and enable an available method. Roblox requires a verified email to enable 2SV; available methods depend on the account and current eligibility. Options documented by Roblox include email verification, an authenticator app, security keys, second-device approval and backup codes. Details are in Roblox’s 2-Step Verification guide.
- Save recovery codes privately. Roblox says codes are generated under Settings → Security, shown only once when created and usable once each. Regenerating them deactivates the previous set. Keep them somewhere private—not in a public screenshot, chat, social-media post or shared notes file.
- Contact Roblox Support for loss or lockout. Do this if someone changed account details, you cannot regain access, or you see unauthorized purchases, trades or missing items. Session controls cannot reverse those changes, and Roblox does not guarantee that lost virtual items or currency can be restored; see its account recovery guidance.
Handle login approvals and Quick Login carefully
A second-device verification request may show details such as device type, approximate region, IP address, date and time. If you did not start the login, deny it and change your password. Never share an email, authenticator or backup code, and never approve a request because someone claims to be Roblox Support. Repeated unexpected prompts can signal that someone has your password.

Roblox Quick Login can authorize a new device from one already signed in. Review the request before choosing Grant Full Account Access. Roblox says Quick Login may not be available to every player and is unavailable on Xbox; check its Quick Login instructions for current details.

Optional: stronger phishing-resistant protection
Roblox’s Enhanced Protection is an optional higher-security mode using phishing-resistant methods such as device-bound passkeys or hardware security keys. Roblox lists a passkey, verified email and a secondary recovery method—such as a verified phone number or backup codes—as eligibility requirements. Availability and requirements can change; make sure you have a working recovery method before relying on a passkey or key. This is not required just to review sessions or enable ordinary 2SV.
