Steam’s listing is the source for both tiers. Minimum is the published baseline; recommended is the higher target. These specifications are not benchmark results: they do not establish how the game will perform on a particular PC, or whether a system below minimum will run it.
How to compare your PC with the listing
Check each item on your computer and compare it with the corresponding Steam requirement. In Windows 11, use Settings > System > About to check the processor, installed RAM, and whether Windows is 64-bit. For your graphics card, open Settings > System > Display > Advanced display, or check the GPU name in Task Manager under Performance. To check DirectX, search Windows for dxdiag and open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. In File Explorer, check the free space on the drive where you plan to install the game.

- Operating system: Confirm that you have Windows 11 and a 64-bit system. A different operating system does not match the listed requirement.
- CPU: Compare the exact processor model with the listed Core i5-8400 minimum or Core i5-10400 recommended tier. A model number alone is not a complete performance comparison across different processor families.
- RAM: Check installed memory; both Steam tiers specify 16 GB.
- GPU: Compare your graphics card with the GTX 1650 minimum or RTX 3060 recommended model. Do not infer equivalence from brand or a higher-looking number alone.
- DirectX: The listing requires DirectX 11. Check the DirectX version reported by dxdiag.
- Storage: Make sure the installation drive has at least 10 GB available, as specified on Steam.
If every component meets or exceeds the minimum tier, your PC meets the published minimum specification. Matching the recommended tier means matching its higher CPU and GPU targets too—not just having a faster graphics card. If any category falls short, Steam’s listing does not establish whether the game will work on your configuration.
Do you need Windows 11?
Yes, Windows 11 is the operating system Steam currently lists for both minimum and recommended PC requirements, alongside a 64-bit processor and operating system. Windows 10 or another operating system does not match the published specification. The listing does not say whether unsupported operating systems will work.

Which storage figure should PC players use?
For the Steam PC listing, use its stated requirement of 10 GB of available space. KONAMI’s official product page separately lists capacity by edition and platform: 8 GB for the standard edition and 10 GB for the Midnight Edition, with Nintendo Switch capacities of 4 GB standard and 6 GB Midnight. Those edition and platform figures are not interchangeable with Steam’s PC requirement.
Release date and performance claims
KONAMI’s product page gives October 15, 2026 as the release date and lists Steam and Xbox on PC among the platforms, alongside PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X|S. KONAMI states a listed frame rate of 60 fps, with the Nintendo Switch version at 30 fps. Steam’s PC requirements do not state a PC frame-rate target, so that platform-level statement is not a guarantee of performance on any PC.

Its official description highlights whip-based movement, bosses that become Arcana abilities, and customizable weapons and relics; Steam lists it as single-player. Those details describe the game, not additional PC compatibility requirements.
