You cannot manually claim pending Robux from a sale. Roblox places eligible sale earnings in escrow, then releases them automatically when the holding period ends. To check the amount, sign in to the selling account on Roblox.com, open the Robux balance menu, choose My Transactions, and review the pending total or Sales of Goods records.
How to check pending Robux
- Sign in at Roblox.com with the account that made the sale.
- Select the Robux icon or your displayed Robux balance in the upper-right area.
- Open My Transactions.
- Review the pending amount. For a pass or other sale, inspect Sales of Goods to identify the transaction.
- After the escrow period ends, return to My Transactions and confirm the amount is no longer pending and is included in your usable balance.
Roblox Support describes this process as follows: “Robux earned from Experience Pass sales are held in pending status being released for you to use. This pending status is called escrow.”
Why Game Pass and other sale Robux are pending
Pending sale Robux are escrowed earnings, not a separate balance that has to be collected with a button. The hold gives Roblox time to review transactions for fraud or abuse. There is no supported manual claim, acceleration setting, or instant-release option for escrowed sale earnings.
How long pending Robux take
Use “typically several days” as the safest current expectation unless Roblox publishes a more specific rule for your transaction category. Roblox Developer Relations announced on October 23, 2020 that the holding period would range from three to seven days depending on fraud or abuse risk. That dated guidance is not a guarantee for every current transaction: transaction type, policy changes, and review conditions can affect timing.

What to do while waiting
- Check My Transactions rather than relying on a notification or a third-party tracker.
- Keep the original sale details so you can identify the item or pass if support is needed.
- Do not pay anyone who promises instant release, and do not install extensions or scripts that claim to unlock escrowed Robux.

Roblox says Earned Robux can include revenue from Marketplace or Creator Store listings, Creator Rewards, in-experience purchases, publisher ads, and affiliate sales fees. Direct purchases and gift-card redemptions do not qualify as Earned Robux for DevEx.
If you mean cashing out to real money
DevEx is separate from waiting for ordinary balance release. First, sale earnings must finish escrow and become available; then a creator still has to meet DevEx requirements and submit a request. The Creator Hub describes the DevEx dashboard as an estimate, and requests are reviewed, so pending sale funds should not be treated as immediately cashable.

When pending Robux seem stuck
The amount is still listed as pending
That normally means the escrow period or review has not finished. Recheck My Transactions later and compare the pending entry with the original sale.
The sale is missing from Sales of Goods
Confirm that you are signed in to the account that made the sale and that you are viewing the correct transaction history. If the transaction still cannot be found, contact Roblox Support with the sale details.

Someone offers an instant-claim method
Treat supposed claim buttons, browser extensions, scripts, and paid release services as unsafe. Roblox does not provide a supported way to bypass escrow.
