Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesYou don’t need to claim a Roblox game pass sale manually. Roblox holds the proceeds as pending Robux, which you can check in My Transactions. Once the holding period ends, the released amount is added to your Robux total. Roblox does not state an exact release time in its Experience Passes help article.
Where to find pending Robux from a game pass
Roblox now calls game passes Experience Passes. To check a sale, open your account’s transaction history and look for the Pending Robux category:
- On the web: Click your Robux amount to open My Transactions, then review the pending transactions.
- On mobile: Tap the Robux icon to view your balance. Roblox’s Experience Pass guidance directs creators to My Transactions to check Pending Robux; transaction-history controls may be easier to access on the web.
Roblox’s general instructions for finding your balance and transaction history are in its Where are my Robux? help page.
Why the Robux is pending—and when it becomes usable
Pending status is expected: Roblox holds proceeds from Experience Pass sales in escrow. The Robux becomes part of your account total after the holding period ends. The official English Experience Pass article does not give a fixed number of hours or days, so there is no supported exact release date to promise.

#1 Best Overall
- Redemption: Online only. Robux cards can only be redeemed in a browser at Roblox.com/redeem. They cannot be redeemed in the Roblox mobile app or any video game console.
- Roblox is an immersive platform for connection and communication. Every day, millions of people come to Roblox to create, play, work, learn, and connect with each other in experiences built by our global community of creators.
- Get more with every Roblox Gift Card! From now on, when you redeem a Roblox gift card, you get up to 25% more Robux. Perfect for gaming, creating, and exploring- more Robux means more possibilities!
- Deck out your avatar and unlock additional perks in your favorite experiences when you use Roblox Gift Cards to purchase Robux (Roblox's virtual currency).
- Each gift card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
If the sale is listed as pending, it has not yet been released for use. Check My Transactions for its status rather than expecting the amount to appear immediately in your spendable balance.
What you receive after fees
Roblox says creators choose the Robux price for an Experience Pass, and sale proceeds are subject to a transaction fee. The cited Experience Pass help article does not state the fee rate. As a result, it does not support calculating a precise net amount from a listed sale price.

Getting cash is a separate process
Once Robux is released, you can keep it for use on Roblox. Converting qualifying Robux into cash is a separate, optional process through the Developer Exchange (DevEx) program—not a way to release pending pass proceeds.
DevEx is limited to eligible creators and qualifying Earned Robux. Roblox excludes purchased Robux and certain other balance types from that category; it also excludes pass sales for template experiences with no legitimate user visits. Roblox says the estimated Earned Robux balance may take up to 72 hours after sales or transfers to reflect updated values. That estimate-update window is not the Experience Pass escrow duration. See Roblox’s Developer Exchange (DevEx) help page for program details.
