Use Roblox’s official Support form when its help articles do not solve your problem. Choose the closest issue category and explain what happened, including the affected username, device, and issue-specific details. For appeals, refunds, and safety reports, use the route that matches the situation rather than sending every issue through a general request.
Start with the official Roblox Support form
Roblox’s Submit a request form is the central contact route for unresolved account, billing, and other support issues. Before submitting, check the relevant help article: account recovery, payment problems, and moderation appeals each have specific guidance.
- Open the Roblox Support form.
- Select the category closest to your issue. The Support Center categories include “I need help with my account,” “I have Premium, Robux, Gift Card, Subscriptions or payment questions,” and “I’m having an issue or want to report a bug.”
- Describe what happened, when it happened, what you expected, and any error message. Include the affected Roblox username and the device involved.
- For a payment issue, include the payment type, relevant dates and amounts, and any provider or transaction details requested by Roblox.
- Review the request to make sure it contains no password, browser cookie, 2-step verification code, or backup code, then submit it.
Roblox’s Contact Us guidance recommends being as descriptive as possible and points users to issue-specific help.

Account access or recovery
For a forgotten password, missing username, or hacked account, start with Roblox’s account help articles. If those steps do not resolve the problem, use the Support form and describe what you can no longer access and when the issue began.

Billing, Robux, Premium, and purchases
Use Roblox Support for billing and account questions, but the refund route depends on who processed the purchase. Roblox’s unauthorized charges and refund guidance says eligible unauthorized charges made through a card, PayPal, or Google Play should be reported to Roblox before you dispute them with the payment provider. Charges labeled Xsolla should be taken to Xsolla. For purchases processed by Apple, Microsoft, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, or Amazon, contact that platform about a refund.
When reporting a charge, provide the payment method, dates and amounts, and the transaction or provider details requested for that case. Do not assume Roblox can issue a refund for a purchase handled by another platform.

Account or content moderation
Follow the appeal instructions in the moderation notice. Depending on the violation, Roblox directs appeals through Violations & Appeals or the Support form; the notice identifies the applicable route. Roblox’s general appeal guidance sets a 30-day deadline from the moderation action, says only the account owner may appeal, and says an action already reviewed will not be reviewed again. The article describes different rights for EU users, so the general deadline should not be treated as universal.
An appeal is not a promise of reversal: Roblox states, “Submitting an appeal does not guarantee the consequence will be removed.”

What to expect after contacting Roblox
Roblox’s official pages identify an online support form, but do not state a general response-time guarantee or confirm a universal phone or live-chat channel. Avoid relying on a promised response within a particular number of hours or days; include enough detail for Roblox to understand the issue from the initial request.
Use the official Roblox site for support and do not provide account secrets in a request. If the issue involves an appeal, the decision is not guaranteed to change; if it involves a platform-processed purchase, the platform’s refund process applies.
