There you can adjust the product layout, header, banner, navigation, theme, background color, font, and font color. Streamlabs specifies a banner size of 1106 × 508 pixels. Streamlabs Support documents these controls in its guide, last updated June 24, 2026.
Before you start
You need at least one product in your store before storefront customization becomes available. If you have not added one yet, create and publish a product first; the storefront controls are separate from the product-design editor.
- Sign in to the Streamlabs Dashboard.
- Choose Merch Store from the left navigation.
- Select Storefront.
Customize the storefront
Choose a product layout
Streamlabs lists three layouts: clean, grid, and cards. Pick the option that makes your products easiest for viewers to scan. This is a presentation choice; Streamlabs does not publish comparative sales results for the layouts.
Set the header and navigation
Choose whether the header uses your Streamlabs avatar or text. You can also decide whether to show product categories and the Creator Sites navigation bar. Keep navigation visible if it helps viewers move through a larger store; hiding it may make a small storefront feel simpler.

Upload a banner
Use a banner measuring 1106 × 508 pixels, the size specified in Streamlabs’ current support guide. The guide does not state accepted file formats, a maximum file size, or a safe-area rule, so check the dashboard’s upload feedback rather than assuming undocumented requirements.
Match the store to your brand
You can match the theme to your Creator Site, choose a premade theme, or select a custom theme. The custom background-color control is available only when using a custom theme. Choose a font style and font color that remain legible against your selected background.

Review the storefront
The support guide explains that these settings are made in the Storefront tab, but does not document a separate publish or preview sequence for storefront changes. Check the storefront itself after adjusting settings and follow any confirmation the dashboard displays; do not assume there is a particular extra publish button.
Storefront settings versus product design
The storefront controls change how shoppers browse the store. Product artwork and product details are handled separately. In the product editor, Streamlabs describes selecting an item, uploading artwork, sizing and positioning it with editor guides, previewing the design, then finalizing the details and publishing it.

The support guide also describes a 3D preview; updated text and image templates; patterns and embroidery or stitch options; resize, reposition, and rotate controls; and clearer print-safe boundaries. It says existing designs do not receive the editor updates described there, so creators need to make new designs to use those changes.
Product pricing and creator profit are set during product finalization. Streamlabs says profit is calculated after standard PayPal fees, but the storefront customization guide does not give a fixed fee rate. It also says Streamlabs Ultra subscribers can upload custom product images in place of stock images and receive an additional discount on merch items; verify current Ultra terms before relying on those benefits.

Promote the store after customizing it
Promotion features are separate from storefront appearance. Streamlabs says merch purchase alerts can trigger automatically on stream. Its discoverability guide describes promoting merch through a Twitch profile extension and merch commands. A separate support article describes a YouTube merch shelf integration for eligible creators; eligibility depends on current YouTube rules, so check the platform’s current requirements before planning around it.
What happens after a sale
Streamlabs’ seller FAQ reports production times of about 2–7 business days for custom apparel and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. It says claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or undelivered items must be submitted within four weeks of receipt. These are vendor-published support details, not a delivery guarantee; check the current FAQ for terms that apply to a specific order.
