To farm a reactor, choose the element and skill type your Descendant build needs, then open the map’s Difficulty Level Rewards and look for missions currently listing that reactor. The general target-farming guidance describes Hard Mode as the route, but reward tables change; check the live listing before committing to a location.
Choose the reactor your build needs
Reactors improve a Descendant’s skills. Start with the build rather than farming a reactor just because it has a high tier: match its element and skill type to the skills you use, then check the in-game compatibility indicators.
Reactor names signal these categories. For example, “Tingling Mechanics” indicates Electric and Tech, while “Tingling Singularity” indicates Electric and Singular. Treat the name as a clue, not a substitute for checking compatibility in-game.
Find its current mission listing
- Open the world map and view Difficulty Level Rewards.
- Find the reactor matching the element and skill type you selected.
- Compare the listed regions or missions and use the displayed chance and the effort of the activity to choose where to farm.
- Check the listing again before repeating the route. If the reward table has changed, choose from the current in-game options rather than relying on an older guide or remembered location.
The general guide to reactor acquisition describes Hard Mode missions as the target-farming route. Nexon’s official update history shows that rewards can change, including across mission and other activity reward tables. It does not provide a complete current reactor-by-reactor route list, so there is no verified fixed location or drop percentage to give here.

Evaluate reactor drops for your build
Once drops begin, compare candidates by the factors that affect your build:
- Element and skill type: Confirm both match the skills you want to strengthen.
- Tier and level: Higher tier and level can provide better bonuses, but they do not make an incompatible reactor the right choice.
- Stat lines: Check whether the rolls are useful for your build.
- Weapon optimization condition: Rare and Ultimate reactors may require a specific weapon for maximum bonuses. Check the condition on the item before judging its value.
The cited reactor guide describes these categories and conditions, but does not establish numerical comparisons for every current build. Compare the actual item details in-game rather than assuming a particular tier or name guarantees the best result.
Do you need a Void Fusion Reactor in the area?
The available evidence does not establish that a Void Fusion Reactor area is required to farm a reactor item. A player discussion dated July 26, 2026, asks, “How do you farm reactors when there isn’t a void fusion reactor in the right area?” Its replies are anecdotal, not an authoritative description of the item’s acquisition mechanics. For the reactor item, use the map’s current Difficulty Level Rewards listing; do not infer a requirement from the similar name.

Nexon’s update notes document reward changes, and the update page for version 1.4.3 is dated September 16, 2026, with revisions through October 6, 2026. Those notes establish that reward information is volatile, but they do not enumerate every current reactor drop. User posts that mention Infiltration Operations or 400% missions likewise do not prove that either is the optimal route for a particular reactor.
