How to use a Bus Station
- Find a Bus Station in your world. They are scattered around the island.
- Go to the station and interact with it to board the Battle Bus.
- Choose the Bus Station you want to travel to. Epic describes the Battle Bus as taking players to a Bus Station of their choice in its v30.40 announcement, published August 5, 2024.
The available official instructions do not specify a particular keyboard or controller button prompt, or confirm whether every station must first be discovered or activated. Follow the prompt shown in your current game build.
How to find stations
Listen for a distinctive sound and look for the satellite dish’s pulsing halo, which can be visible from a distance. LEGO says stations tend to appear in the general vicinity of villages. Epic later noted that stations appear on the Minimap from farther away than before and can be used in the rain. Travel to the Lost Isles
Choose a Bus Station destination to travel to the Lost Isles; LEGO says any Battle Bus Station can transport players there. The destination is part of the station network, rather than a separate fast-travel method. Details appear in LEGO’s Klombo update guide.

How to build another Bus Station
Bus Stations are already set up in a world, but you can dismantle an existing station and use recovered materials to build another. Epic confirms that dismantling one provides Rift Shards, which are needed for a new station. LEGO lists the station’s materials as Iron Bars, Malachite Slabs, Frostpine, and Rift Shards, but does not state the quantities in its guide. Check the current in-game Build menu for the exact recipe.
- Make an Epic Pickaxe. LEGO lists its recipe as 8 Obsidian Slabs and 5 Frostpine Rods.
- Use the Epic Pickaxe to break down an existing Bus Station and collect the recovered materials, including Rift Shards.
- Use the recovered materials and any remaining required materials to build a Bus Station. Check the in-game Build menu for the current quantities.
LEGO also says Rift Shards can be obtained by defeating Golems after the Lost Isles update.
