The “Albinauric woman” is Latenna. Find her outside Slumbering Wolf’s Shack in southern Liurnia of the Lakes by clearing Lakeside Crystal Cave and taking the exit beyond the Bloodhound Knight. To advance her quest, bring her the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right), which Albus gives you in the Village of the Albinaurics.
Get the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right)
- Travel to the Village of the Albinaurics in southwest Liurnia of the Lakes.
- Head uphill and roll into the large disguised pot to reveal Albus.
- Speak with him to receive the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right).
Reach Slumbering Wolf’s Shack
- Find Lakeside Crystal Cave on the southern side of the lake, southeast of the village, and make your way through it.
- Defeat the Bloodhound Knight at the end of the cave.
- After the fight, use the exit beyond the boss instead of retracing your steps. It leads to Slumbering Wolf’s Shack.
Meet Latenna and show her the medallion
Latenna is outside the shack with her wolf. Speak to her and show her the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) to advance her quest and make a later reunion possible. The route and interaction are described in GameSpot’s location guide and the community-maintained Eldenpedia quest reference; they are not presented here as official developer instructions.
Don’t confuse Latenna with the giant Albinauric
If you are following the instruction “Find the Albinauric woman,” the first destination is Slumbering Wolf’s Shack. The giant Albinauric woman at Apostate Derelict is a separate, later quest interaction. After reaching the Consecrated Snowfield, go to Apostate Derelict and use the prompt near the giant woman to summon Latenna. The community-maintained reference reports a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone reward for completing this interaction.
If Latenna isn’t at the shack
Her presence can depend on your quest state. Check whether you have already obtained Latenna’s Spirit Ashes or progressed beyond the relevant medallion steps; the community reference describes state-dependent outcomes, so she may not always remain at the shack.
