Find your ID on the Epic Games website
- Sign in to your Epic Games account at epicgames.com.
- Open the account menu and select Account.
- Under Account Information, find your Epic Games Account ID.
This is the broadest option if you cannot find an in-game setting for the ID.

Find it in the launcher or a game
Epic Games Launcher
- Open Friends.
- Select your Profile icon.
- Choose Show Account ID.
Fortnite
- From the lobby, open the profile or main menu and select Settings.
- Open Account and Privacy.
- Point to Epic Games Account ID; the ID appears to the right.
Fall Guys
- PC: From the lobby, open the Social Menu, select the gear icon for Settings, then choose Show Account ID.
- Console: Open Settings, go to Profile, then select Show Epic Games account ID.
Rocket League
Rocket League does not show the Epic Account ID in-game. Use the website steps above instead.
What your Epic ID is—and is not
Epic calls this identifier the Epic Games Account ID. Epic Games Player Support describes it as “a unique identifier assigned to your Epic Games account during account creation.” It cannot be changed and is not displayed to other users.

It is not your Epic display name, PlayStation ID, or Xbox gamertag. Your display name can appear in the launcher and games on PC/Mac, Switch, or mobile; console gameplay may show your PlayStation or Xbox name instead.
To check the name associated with a linked platform account, sign in to Epic, open Linked Accounts, and look under the connected platform. That shows the linked account name, not your Epic Account ID.

If you cannot access the account page
As a technical fallback on Windows, Epic lists C:Users[user]AppDataLocalEpicGamesLauncherSavedData; .dat filenames there show IDs for accounts previously logged in. On Mac, Epic’s guidance points to Application Support > Epic > EpicGamesLauncher > Saved > Data under /Library. Prefer the website or an in-game display when available.
Epic may change menu wording. If a setting is missing, use the signed-in website route or consult Epic’s current Account ID instructions.
