If your player does not appear in Regista Realm Evolution, check the exact card against every entry requirement—not just its overall rating. Current third-party trackers report a maximum 80 overall, CDM or CM position, no ST, CAM or CB position, no more than 7 PlayStyles, and a maximum 83 pace. Confirm the live requirements in Ultimate Team before committing, because the in-game panel is the authority for the Evolution currently available to you.
Check Regista Realm’s entry requirements
Open Ultimate Team → Club → Evolutions, select Regista Realm, and read the entry requirements and any unlock cost before choosing a player. EA’s general Evolutions guidance also recommends checking these details before continuing: EA Help: Evolutions in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team.
The following limits are reported by FUT Mind and FUTNext for Regista Realm in FC 27. They are third-party listings, not an EA-published requirements table, so compare them with the live Evolution screen: FUT Mind: Regista Realm and FUTNext: Regista Realm.

Check the exact player item, including alternate positions
Eligibility applies to the card item, not just the footballer’s name. Different versions of the same player can have different ratings, positions, PlayStyles or pace, so inspect the version you actually intend to submit.

Pay particular attention to alternate positions. A community post describes a 63-rated Jack Fletcher item that did not qualify because CAM appeared among its listed positions. That is an anecdotal example, not proof of a general bug, but it illustrates why a low overall rating alone is not enough: Reddit community discussion.
Use the preview before assigning the player
In the Evolution screen, use the preview or eligible-item controls to see which club items can enter and what the selected Evolution would do to the item. EA says Evolutions can be previewed and chained; the available next Evolutions are filtered using the resulting item’s stats. That makes preview useful both for checking entry eligibility and for seeing whether the evolved card may fit a later Evolution: EA Help: Evolutions in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team and EA SPORTS FC 26 v1.1.0 update.

Current third-party trackers list Inventive and Long Ball Pass as alternative level-three rewards for Regista Realm. Compare the previewed outcomes and choose the path that suits your squad; a card’s ability to enter the Evolution is a separate question from whether its final version fits a later chain.
If the card appears eligible but submission fails
If the live panel appears to accept the item but the game rejects it, there is no documented universal Regista Realm reset or workaround. Capture the evidence before contacting EA support:

EA’s help guidance directs players who still have a problem to its support team. Do not assume that restarting, changing squads or acquiring another version will resolve an item-specific eligibility failure.

Removing an Evolution is a separate situation from trying to enter Regista Realm. EA says removal is permanent and irreversible. If the item already has an Evolution, check the player-item action menu and EA’s current instructions before using a removal option; it is not a way to make an otherwise ineligible item qualify for Regista Realm.
