If a Fall Guys costume, skin pack, or Showbucks purchase is missing, do not buy it again. Fully restart the game and platform, verify the transaction on the purchasing store account, install or re-download the add-on, and use the platform’s license-repair option where available. Epic says delivery can take up to 24 hours. If the completed purchase is still absent afterward, contact the payment store first and then Fall Guys Player Support with your receipt and account details.
Official troubleshooting guidance is available from Epic Games.
First, identify what is actually missing
“Missing DLC” can describe several different situations:
- A real-money pack was purchased but no included item appears.
- The costume is owned but is easy to miss in the customization inventory.
- The store entitlement exists, but the add-on is not installed locally.
- The item is on one platform profile but not another.
- The transaction is pending, refunded, canceled, declined, or tied to a different store account.
- An older pack is no longer sold, even though that does not prove a previous purchase was revoked.
- A promotional or platform-specific item has usage limits different from a standard costume.
Check the entire owned inventory, not only the current shop. A pack may contain separate costume pieces or additional items such as a pattern, emote, banner, nameplate, or currency. Menu labels can change between game updates, so use the current customization categories rather than relying on an old guide’s exact wording.

Before troubleshooting
Have these details ready:
- Platform and store (Epic Games Store, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch).
- The store account that made the purchase.
- The Epic Games account email or display name used by Fall Guys.
- DLC or costume name, purchase date, order number, and receipt.
- Your Fall Guys Support ID, which support may request.
Do not repurchase the pack while the entitlement is being investigated.

Quick checks that solve many missing items
- Fully close Fall Guys rather than leaving it suspended.
- Restart the console or PC, then restart the game launcher if applicable.
- Launch Fall Guys from the store account that made the purchase.
- Check the store transaction history. It should say completed or successful, not pending, refunded, canceled, or declined.
- Check the platform’s downloadable-content or add-on list and confirm the pack is installed.
- Look through all owned costume sections and relaunch Fall Guys once more.
- If the purchase was recent, allow up to 24 hours for the entitlement to update, as Epic explains.
Platform-specific recovery
Epic Games Store
- Open the Epic Games Launcher.
- Sign in to the Epic account that made the purchase.
- Launch Fall Guys from that account.
- If the item is not visible, close and relaunch the game and confirm the purchase is attached to the correct Epic account.
Epic’s current guidance does not describe a separate in-game restore-purchases button for Fall Guys.
PlayStation
- Close Fall Guys.
- Open Settings.
- Go to PlayStation Network/Account Management.
- Select Restore Licenses.
- Restart Fall Guys and check the owned customization inventory.
Restoring licenses can refresh a stale entitlement, but it cannot correct a wrong account or a region mismatch. PlayStation DLC may require the game and DLC store regions to match.

Check the Epic Games account before changing links
Fall Guys cross-platform progression is tied to an Epic Games account. Verify the account email and identify which PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo, or Steam profile is linked. A game can silently use a different Epic account than the one you expect.

According to the Fall Guys cross-platform progression guidance, the first platform linked can become the primary profile, carrying that platform’s progress, costumes, and nameplates. If different platforms contain different collections, contact Player Support after linking rather than assuming every purchase will automatically appear everywhere.
Do not casually unlink an account. Record the original platform profile, Epic account, and inventories first; an unnecessary unlink or relink can change which profile is active and make the entitlement history harder to establish.

Check region and platform restrictions
A PlayStation purchase made in one store region may not work with a game or account from another region. Reinstalling will not fix a region mismatch. When contacting support, provide the platform, game region, DLC store region, purchase date, and order number.
Cross-progression also does not guarantee universal DLC portability. If a costume appears on one platform but not another, treat it as an account or entitlement question and ask Fall Guys Support to review the linked profiles.

What if the pack disappeared from the store?
Fall Guys has previously announced that some older DLC packs would be removed from direct purchase on Steam and PlayStation, with their costumes potentially appearing in the in-game store later. That historical policy does not establish the current status of every pack.
Separate these cases:
- Never purchased: the pack may no longer be sold directly; check current in-game availability.
- Previously purchased: use the receipt and transaction history to troubleshoot the entitlement. A delisted listing is not evidence that you should buy it again.
See the historical Fall Guys store and currency announcement for the scope of that change.
Account restrictions are rarely the explanation
Epic says a Cabined Account retains previously purchased or earned Fall Guys content. Parental-consent restrictions can limit some features and new real-money purchases, but they generally do not hide a skin you already bought. Details are in Epic’s Cabined Accounts explanation.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsWhen to contact support
Escalate after the transaction is completed, the correct store and Epic accounts are confirmed, the add-on is installed or re-downloaded, the game has been restarted, and 24 hours have passed.
- Contact the store that processed payment first if its order or license is missing, pending, or incorrect.
- Then contact Fall Guys Player Support with your Support ID, receipt, purchase-history screenshot, platform-store information, DLC name, linked Epic account, and screenshots showing the missing item.
Explain whether the item is missing everywhere, missing only after switching platforms, or installed but not recognized. That distinction helps support route the case to the store-license or account-entitlement team.
Quick Recap
Do not make these troubleshooting mistakes
- Do not buy the DLC again before the original transaction is checked.
- Do not unlink or relink Epic and console accounts impulsively.
- Do not delete local save data as a first step.
- Do not assume a missing shop listing means a purchased entitlement was removed.
- Do not send only a locker screenshot; include transaction and account evidence.
Fast decision table
| Situation | Best next step |
|---|---|
| Purchase is pending, declined, canceled, or refunded | Resolve the transaction with the store; no entitlement can be confirmed yet. |
| Purchase is complete but the add-on is not installed | Install or re-download it from the purchasing account. |
| PlayStation DLC is missing | Use Restore Licenses, then check the game and DLC regions. |
| Xbox DLC is missing | Use My Games & Apps → Manage Game and Add-Ons and select the content. |
| Switch DLC is missing | Use eShop Re-download from the purchasing Nintendo account. |
| Cosmetics vanished after changing platforms | Verify the Epic account and primary profile; do not unlink without support guidance. |
| Correct account, installed DLC, and more than 24 hours have passed | Contact the payment store, then Fall Guys Player Support. |
| DLC was never purchased and is no longer listed | Check current in-game store availability; do not claim ownership. |
