To craft the five-piece Arkveld γ armor set in Monster Hunter Wilds, reach HR 100, complete the ★10 event quest Freedom from Solitude to earn Arkveld Certificate γ, then gather the listed materials for each piece. The current event listing identifies the hunt as Arch-tempered Arkveld in the Ruins of Wyveria.
How to unlock Arkveld γ
- Reach Hunter Rank 100 or higher. The current event listing gives HR 100 as the requirement for Freedom from Solitude.
- Take on the ★10 event quest Freedom from Solitude, which pits you against Arch-tempered Arkveld in the Ruins of Wyveria. Its special rewards are listed as materials for forging Arkveld γ armor.
- Earn Arkveld Certificate γ from that quest. The armor database lists one certificate as a requirement for every piece.
- Collect the remaining materials and 12,000 zenny for each piece, then forge the pieces you want.

Each piece costs 12,000 zenny and one Arkveld Certificate γ. The following additional materials are listed for crafting:

Hunters can look forward to tracking down monsters with an array of new moves, special abilities, equipment, and more. The action also now flows seamlessly from cutscenes to gameplay, resulting in a new level of immersion.
What skills does the Arkveld γ set have?
Across all five pieces, the armor database reports these raw skill totals:
- Weakness Exploit Lv5
- Arkveld’s Hunger Lv5
- Lord’s Soul Lv5
- Flayer Lv5
- Blight Resistance Lv3
- Convert Element Lv3
- Elemental Absorption Lv3
Those are totals across the armor pieces before skill caps are applied; they are not a guarantee that every listed level will be active together in an actual loadout. Skills are distributed by piece—for example, the vambraces list Weakness Exploit Lv2 and Flayer Lv2, while the coil lists Elemental Absorption Lv3.
